According to latest rumors Olympus E-PL9 camera is coming on February 2018. Yes, we have written a lot about March CP Plus announcement, but the the Olympus E-PL9 coming next month. The camera already registered at wireless certification agency.
Olympus EP-L9 – IM008 ?
If you look at the upcoming camera models list, we have Olympus IM008 (code name) camera. The IM008 model features built-in WiFi as well as Bluetooth connectivity.The IM008 camera aka Olympus E-PL9 camera registered few months ago.
I expect introduction of new 20MP sensor inside the Olympus E-PL9 series camera with 4K video mode. The Olympus E-PL8 camera was limited to 16MP sensor and Full HD video recording mode.

Let’s take a look what Sony have for the next CP Plus show announcement .
I don’t remember Sony announcing any particular digital camera exactly on the CP Plus show.. Announcement may happen sometime in the month of March and April but it will going to arrive in the CP Plus even I am not able to confirm this at the moment.
Before we begin let me tell u that there are two consecutive show coming in, first one is the CP Plus (Camera and Photo) so that will going to happen in the first week of March and after that we have NAB (National Association of Broadcasters) so which is more video centric made for Videographers
Last year the Sony A9 was announced on April 19 and the Sony A7 R3 camera was announced on October 25. We have to mirrorless camera overdue for announcing the first one is Sony 7III and the second one is Sony A7 SIII.
If you look and upcoming camera model code, we have 1 mirrorless camera registered for Wi-Fi certification and its model code is WW 541200 (features built in WiFi and Blue tooth connecitvity)
Sony Camera Expected to arrive CP plus show 2018

So I am sure, Sony will going to announce at least one Mirrorless camera in next few weeks. and I do expect the announcement of Sony A7 3 camera, with autofocus system same as of Sony A9. completely new 24 megapixel sensor, advanced image stabilization system and 4K video.
Now the upcoming NAB so is more videos centric, so we may see Sony A7 SIII announcement during the month of April.
A7S series is more dedicated towards video and low light still shooting. We do expect introduction of Sony A7S III camera with BSI or stacked CMOS sensor with ISO 819200 or more.

Canon 2000D and Canon EOS M50 mirrorless camera is rumored to arrive during the CP Plus event on March 2018. Canon was completely silent during the CES January 2018 event but we don’t expect the same will going to happen at the CP Plus event.
Not only the announcement of entry level mirrorless camera and 2000D DSLR we also expect the announcement of Canon PowerShot G series compact camera and introduction of dual pixel CMOS autofocusing sensor inside it.
We were one of the first website who told you that Canon G1x Mark III will going to have the Dual Pixel CMOS Autofocusing sensor. Now we are also expecting the announcement of Canon G5 X mark II, camera G7 X Mark III camera and g3x mark II camera will get dual pixel CMOS autofocus sensor.
Canon at CP Plus event of 2018
- Announcement of Canon EOS M50 camera
The Canon EOS M50 camera was registered few months back and its announcement is overdue. we do expect it will going to use their 24 megapixel DualPixel CMOS AF Sensor. And will going to remain Limited at full HD 60p recording.
- Canon 2000D
We are expecting the successor of Canon 1300 D is also coming during the CP Plus event, Canon 2000d camera is also registered or Wi-Fi certification a month ago. we are expecting introduction on dual pixel CMOS your sensor inside the Canon entry level camera. - Canon G5 X Mark II
Why we are picking the name of Canon G5X Mark II. since we have received multiple information and the part that can and will going to update Canon G5 X mark 2 camera in the beginning of 2018 with dual pixel CMOS autofocus sensor. So we are expecting the announcement of Canon G5 X Mark II camera during the event. Canon G7 X Mark III and G3X mark 2 also coming this year.

Canon full frame mirrorless system [Development announcement only]
We have received confirm status information that can and will going to introduce full frame mirrorless system camera during Photokina 2018 event. But at the same time we are also expecting that we may see some kind of development announcement related to full frame mirrorless camera at the CP Plus show.
Now we are having a list of camera expected to arrive later this year.
1. Canon EOS C900 [Cinema]
NAB show going to happen in the April month of 2018. And we are expecting the announcement of Canon EOS C900 cinema camera during the event. Based on the information we have received in the past the upcoming Canon EOS C900 camera will going to record 6k cinema videos and will going to compete against the cinealta Alta 6k Sony camera.
2. Canon 5ds Mark II
we can’t end this article without taking the name of this megapixel Monster of Canon. The announcement date of Canon 5ds mark 2 camera is not known yet. Canon 5ds mark 2 camera coming with dual pixel CMOS autofocus sensor and 4K video. Based on information we have received in the past the camera will going to arrive between the June and August of this year. stay with us and we will going to update you soon as I get any information related to the Canon 5ds mark II camera.
3. Canon 135mm L lens
According to the information we have received in the past, Canon 135mm L lens is also expected to arrive sometime in the first half of 2018. See more here

We haven’t seen any major announcement from Nikon this year at CES show. well at CES Nikon was silent but we don’t expect Nikon we’re going to remain silent during the CP Plus event at march.

Nikon at CP+ Event March 2018
- Nikon mirrorless camera system announcement
Nikon will going to announce its APS-C sensor based DX format mirrorless camera during the CP Plus event or near about that. Thom Hogan (Nikon pro photographer) predict few month ago that Nikon will going to start its mirrorless announcement with APS-C mirrorless camera in the beginning of 2018 or may be CP+ event and after that during the September (Photokina 2018) we will going to see full-frame mirrorless system announcement with lenses.
- Nikon entry level DSLR Nikon D650
Nikon D650 announcement is overdue. The upcoming Nikon entry level DSLR will going to feature 4K and advance core specification. We, are confirmed Nikon will introduce 4K 24/30p in Nikon entry level fullframe DSLR camera D650.
We are almost confirmed that Nikon APS-C sensor based mirrorless camera as well as Nikon full frame entry level DSLR during the CP Plus event on march 2018.
Now the list you see below is the list of expected camera from Nikon that will going to arrive this year no time frame is fixed then answer and may happen during the month of March maybe in June of 2018.
Upcoming Camera from Nikon
- Nikon P1000 – Code Name N1622
Nikon Mega zoom camera update is overdue, Nikon skipped the update of Nikon P900 last year. Nikon P1000 is coming for sure, but its announcement may happen during the CP Plus event or maybe at June 2018. We have already seen 100 + compact zoom lens patent from Nikon so we are expecting next Nikon Mega zoom camera when going to carry 100X plus zoom lens or maybe 125X optical zoom lens as we have seen in the patent.
- Nikon D750 successor (Nikon D750 MK II / Nikon D760)
The name of the Nikon D750 successor is isn’t confirm yet. So, the upcoming camera name could be Nikon D750 mark 2 or Nikon D760. Nikon D750 was one of the most popular Camera among mid-range or semi Pro Shooters. And ofcourse one of the most sold full frame Nikon camera of all time. We are not expecting the announcement of Nikon D750 successor this March, but its announcement may happen during the month of June or September of 2018. We do believe that Nikon D 750 successor will going to carry advanced auto focusing system as of Nikon D5, as well as completely new 24 megapixel FX format sensor with the introduction of 4K video.
- Nikon D3500 – We are almost confirmed about the announcement of the Nikon entry level DSLR in 2018, but at the same time we also suspect that Nikon is delaying the camera to bring out some serious specification inside it. At the moment we can confirm one thing the camera will have 24 MP DX sensor inside it, the predecessor Nikon D3400 have a traditional contrast detect sensor.
- Nikon DL compacts
Re-announcement of Nikon DL compact is also possible this year but no time frame is expected at the moment.
So, these when our expectation with the Nikon. And we are almost confirmed that Nikon Mirrorless systems Announcement will going to happen during the CP Plus show. And also the Nikon entry level full frame DSLR announcement is overdue for a long time, so we are also expecting Nikon D650 announcement during the event.

In a recent patent (2017.7.20) published by Canon, they are working on advance power zoom adapter for Mirrorless camera lenses.  Creative image of Future Canon 6D Mark III camera It’s bit early to talk about Canon 6D mk III camera for now. In the duration of past few weeks we have received a couple of emails, all pointing towards the same that upcoming Canon 6D Mark II will going to have 4K. Panasonic GH5s High ISO test with the Panasonic GH5s camera. We have done specification comparison review of both the camera aw while ago and we have also explained why Panasonic GH5s dropped the IS feature. Now, its time to compare the Panasonic GH5S camera for Panasonic GH5.
Panasonic GH5S vs Panasonic GH5 ISO 12800
In this sample image you can clearly see despite of having low resolution the Panasonic GH5S has 10 Megapixel sensor getting very clean images.
In Panasonic GH5 image you can see significant amount of noise is present but at the same time you are getting also with more details compared to the GH5s.
Panasonic GH5S vs Panasonic GH5 ISO 25600
Panasonic GH5S is able to maintain noise very effectively. The image captured by Panasonic GH5S showing minimal amount of noise at ISO 25600
Take a look at the image captured by the Panasonic GH5 camera at at ISO 25000. Panasonic GH5 showing a very high amount of noise at ISO 2500 and the image is completely useless. Panasonic GH5S camera is prove to be excellent tool still shooters as well as videographers / cinematographers.
But and then we have to say that Panasonic GH5S is missing the built-in image stabilization system so you have to get external image stabilizer support that is a gimble while shooting at low light conditions
