We will going to see these cameras before Photokina 2018, possibly in August of this year. Now let’s talk about the details of the upcoming camera. Starting with the most popular Canon G7X Mark II successor.

If rumors are true, then what about cannibalization of DSLRs ?

Well that’s really interesting because few months ago Canon officially said, this year we will not going to see DSLR because there will going to be some kinda cannibalization inside Canon. This year they will going to keep their concentration on the development and announcement of mirrorless market instead of DSLR. And probably that’s why we have received some set of information in the past, that Major dslrs announcements are shifted to 2019.

Unannounced Cameras List

Now before we begin to talk about any current sets of latest rumours you have to look at the list of registered cameras from Canon, those who are expected to announced in next few months.

As you can see, Canon have a a total of 8 models in the announcement pipeline. And Model K433 and K424 are Fullframe Mirrorless camera According to Japanese sources. We also have two DSLRs in the list and the model code is K436 and K437.

Canon Next DSLR Camera – No Fullframe DSLR in 2018 ?

However, if you are going to talk about the regular update cycle of dslrs, then Canon 7D Mark III camera is top on the list because the 7D II update is overdue from a long time. After Canon 7D Mark II the most outdated camera in Canon DSLR lineup after the Canon 5ds / 5dsr. So it’s really interesting to see the next DSLR from Canon. However, in past we have seen some rumors that Canon 90D will going to arrive before the Canon 7D Mark III camera. What we think about Fuji X-Pro 3

We find this information logical so we have decided to publish it. And as we all know the Fuji Flagship X-Pro2 Sales are all time down and the camera is not able to make it place even in TOP 100 Mirrorless camera at Amazon.

Fuji usually takes 4 years of time to update its flagship camera, but based on the information we are getting. Fuji will not going to wait until 2020, we may see X-Pro 3 announcement in early 2019.

Introduction of X-Trans IV Sensor

In-general, Fuji always pick its flagship camera to introduce new generation of X-Trans sensor. The upcoming Fuji X-Pro 3 camera will have 4th generation of X-Trans IV Sensor.

Based on the information we have Fuji is also working on 26 Megapixel Stacked CMOS sensor. So, its interesting to see that Fuji will going to save the new sensor of X-Pro II camera OR they will going to announce new 26MP sensor with the Fuji X-T3. The Fuji X-T 3 camera is rumored to arrive at Sep 2018.

Upcoming Fuji cameras in next few months

The FF 180002 is actually a compact camera and its name is Fuji XF10. The camera is schedule to arrive in July, 2 2018.
The FF 180004 Camera Radio parts are same as of Fuji X-H1 and Fuji X-T2. So this camera may be Fuji Next X-T3 or May be Fuji X-Pro 3 OR May be GFX50R, no one knows yet.
FF 180003 is a kind mystery cam right now. We don’t have any details about it.

Nikon register a new camera and its name is Nikon A1000. At the time of registration in general we don’t get any details about camera expect its wireless modules. The registered code name of the camera is 1546. The camera was registered a while ago in the Indonesian wireless authentication Agencies. And as we all know that Panasonic and Leica do have deep bonding with each other. And as the sources suggest, few parts of the camera is made by Panasonic. Possibly the condenser used inside it, or may be its a re-branded Panasonic camera as we have seen in the earlier versions of C-LUX series camera. The C-LUX 2 was a rebranded version of DMC-FX30 and the C-LUX 3 was a re-branded version of DMC-FX37. And after C-LUX 3 we haven’t seen any model yet. The last C-LUX series camera was discontinued a while ago.
