Canon finally announced new Canon EOS R camera today, the camera features brand new 30 MP sensor powered by Digi 8 image processor and new RF-mount system. The EOS R camera features 5,655 selectable points with 88% vertical and 100% horizontal coverage, the Auto Focus sensitivity of the camera goes down upto-6EV.

Canon EOS R Camera also features UHD 4K30 video recording, at 480 Mb/s and Full HD 1080p shooting at 60 fps and HD 720p at 120 fps. 4K video has 4:2:2 8-bit color depth and can be recorded at internally but the 4:2:2 10-bit clean output available via external recorder.
12 stops or improved Dynamic range upto 800% is available in Canon Log, Vari-angle screen is also available and 3.5mm mic jack can be used for clear audio input.
Canon has also introduced three EF to RF adapters. A total of three adapters announced by Canon, The basic one is a simple mount converter and available at only $99. The other two offers bit more customization, one offers control ring similar to new RF lenses and other one allows you to use drop-in filter.
The EOS R will be available in October for $2299 body only or $3399 with the 24-105mm F4L lens.
Lenses for EOR System
The RF 28-70mm F2L USM will cost $2,999 and will be available in December.
The RF 24-105mm F4L IS USM will also be available in December for $1099 ($3399 as a kit with the EOS R).
The RF 50mm F1.2L USM will cost $2,299 and will start shipping next month, while the
RF 35mm F1.8 Macro IS STM will cost $499 and will be available in December.
