Canon SX70 HS - Big Canon Fan to Justify the Purchase of this Camera

Ephtozine website reviewed the Canon Megazoom Camera Canon SX70HS camera and they are not happy the the cam. The main reason is Price / Specification ratio when you look at other available set of specifications.

Take a look at the conclusion part of the Review

The Canon Powershot SX70 HS is an update to the SX60, adding 4K video, and increasing the price. This makes it competitive with other cameras, such as the Panasonic Lumix FZ82, or Nikon Coolpix B700, in terms of features, but for some reason, the Canon is almost double the price. Due to this, you’ve got to be a big Canon fan to justify the purchase of this camera. We found the camera frustrating at times due to focusing issues to do with the shutter release button, and we also missed shots at times due to focus.

With 4K UHD video recording and a microphone socket, the camera may be appealing to those who want video recording with a lot of zoom. For everyone else, we’d probably just get the FZ82, it’s practically half the price. If the price of the SX70 HS drops substantially then it could be an option to look at. Read the review…

Canon EOS R 100 MP IBIS Also on Canon Road Map

Canon EOS R 100MP camera also in Canon Roadmap. Just few days ago we have told you that Canon EOS R 8K Camera is under Canon Road Map and today we have received a new hints from Rumor mill regarding Canon EOS R 100 MP camera. Not only 100MP the camera the camera also said to feature built-in image stabilization system.

We have selected this news since it’s look bit feasible to us. Canon already showed us that they are fully capable to develop a 120MP APS-H sensor. So, we don’t think it’s a big issue for Canon to develop a 100MP EOS R camera.

We will update you soon as we get any new information related to Canon upcoming Mirrorless and DSLRs camera.

Panasonic S1R vs Panasonic GH5s

Take a look at some of the exclusive images of side-by-side comparison of Panasonic S1R vs Panasonic GH5s.  As you can see the overall size of the camera isn’t too big compared to Panasonic GH5s.  But of course the camera is bit more wider and taller then its M4/3 siblings.

As you can see from the above the Panasonic S1R camera top design is completely different from Panasonic GH5s. Design wise the Panasonic S1R is more similar to Panasonic G9.

panasonic S1R bs GH5s

As you can see, on the rear side we have more large grip area and from the top design you can see the hand grip are is also double compared to Panasonic GH5s. It will allow photographer to hold the camera perfectly. The tilting screen the the only issue for me, the tilting screen will not attract vloogers to this camera which is of course a big lag.

We will add detailed specs comparison review of both the camera very soon as full specs become available to us.
