According to latest rumors GFX 100 may get multi-shot high res function via a firmware update. We all know that Fuji GFX features 100MP sensor and image processor is same as of Fuji X-T3. The continuous shooting speed of Fuji GFX 100 is upto 5FPS. So, if the image processor and buffer inside the camera able to process 5FPS 100MP files then for sure it will be no surprise is Fuji adds 150-200MP High resolution mode inside the GFX100 camera.

Nikon President confirmed Japanese leading daily newspapers Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun that they are working Nikon D5 Equivalent Mirrorless (Nikon Z9 ?). No word about the arrival time of Nikon High-End Mirrorless camera.
1. Is Nikon in the mood to skip Nikon D6 DSLR announcement in Favor of Mirrorless?
Well, we were getting rumors in past that Nikon D6 camera coming before Olympics. But, there is slight possibility that Nikon May delay the update of Nikon D5 camera in favor of upcoming Nikon High-End Mirrorless camera Nikon Z9.
2. Nikon Mid-Range Mirrorless Coming Before Sept, 2019
According to a articel published in Nikkei Nikon is preparing to announce a new and affordable Mid-range Mirrorless camera which is rumored to arrive sometime before September of 2019. More here…

According to latest information from Japanese sources Canon G5X Mark II camera is coming this month (June 2019). So finally Canon G5X Mark II camera will be Canon first 1″ Sensor based compact camera to feature DPAF sensor and 4K Video recording capability. If Canon is able to add external Mic. recording option it would be great.
Why Canon G5X Mark II before Canon G7X Mark III ?
Canon G5X series a step-above model then Canon G7X Series and bit costly too. BTW, in general the specification of the both series remains almost same. Canon G7X Mark III cleared wireless certification test back on December 2018 and we have published its image also. But, it’s look like Canon marketing team decided to announce G5X Mark II earlier than Canon G7X Mark III. Since a early announcement of G7X Mark III camera may lower down then sales number of G5X Mark II.

Pentax next APS-C DSLR camera is rumored to use Sony’s 26MP APS-C Sensor. Fuji is using customized Sony 26MP X-Trans Sensor of their Fuji X-T3 and Fuji X-T30 camera. After Fuji, its look like Pentax is interested in Sony’s 26 MP sensor. Early prototypes of APS-C flagship is being tested with 26MP Sensor, other features are yet to be confirmed.
On Feb of 2019 we have published the tweet of Pentax Photographer Ms. N Tanaka. In the tweet he clearly said that the successor model of Pentax K-3 II is coming on 2020.

Nikon will introduce a new mid-price mirrorless camera product in fiscal 2019. The same interchangeable lens can be used in the product that corresponds to a sister model such as the high-end model “Z7” launched by the company in the autumn of 2006. It is expected that the price will be in the 100,000 yen range, which is easier for the general consumer to pick up than the leading 200,000 to 400,000 yen model. The aim is to develop the demand of users other than existing enthusiasts.
For sure we are getting a time range as well as price hint from the article. The Camera is said to be announced fiscal year 2019 (October 1, 2018 and ending on September 30, 2019).
Nikon Z6 and Z7 announced on Aug 2018, Which of course doesn’t fall under fiscal year 2019. It clearly indicates Nikki is talking about a new FX Format Mirrorless camera from Nikon, will cost somewhere around $1000 announcement before September 30, 2019.

Sometimes we do see flicker on camera screen as shown below, In some way it effects the Video as well as still image quality of the Camera. Flickering happens when the refresh rate of LED lights are lower compared to your camera shutter speed. So, Canon will be soon implementing flicker detection algorithm for Still and Video. It will automatically fix whenever flickers are detected by the camera.
