A new leaked image of Nikon D400 surfaced over the web, at the moment we don’t know that it’s a real or fake image… but it is possible that after the announcement of Canon 7D Mk II Nikon is finally preparing to announce its APS-C king anytime soon…

But today again a new interview surfaced over the web via dpreview.com, in that interview Mr. Toshiaki Akagi – Department Manager in Nikon’s 1st Designing Department of the Development Center in the Imaging Business Unit Nikon said “We don’t want to deny the possibility of future large-sensor mirrorless cameras. So maybe if there is enough demand we may be able to provide another type of mirrorless camera with larger sensors. This is one of the solutions” Also look at the key points of the interview —
So it’s nice to see Nikon is atleast not rigid on its decisions and will announce products based on user and market demand.
Nikon D300s and Nikon D700 discontinued back on January 2014, now Just few hours ago today Nikon USA and Canada moved its Nikon D300S camera to archived section or also said to be retired category.
