We have seen the development announcement of the Ricoh GR III camera, now finally Ricoh is prepared to officially announce the Ricoh GR III camera after a long wait. The Ricoh GR camera was appeared on FCCID back on November 2018, the development announcement of the camera / prototype was exhibited on Photokina 2018 event.

According to latest wild rumors surfaced over the web, Canon will soon merge the Canon 80D and 7D Mark II successors into one single solution. High-end APS-C sensor based DSLR line will now have a single option only.
As in the beginning of 2018, canon said they will cannibalize their DSLR lineup to put more focus on Mirrorless cameras. This may be one of the step to reduce the DSLR lineup and put more attention on Mirrorless camera.
Canon at NAB 2019 Show with EOS C300 Mark III
Well NAB event is also coming soon [April 6-11, Las Vegas NV] and we are super excited to see what’s next coming from Canon. BTW, NAB (National Association of Broadcasters ) is dedicated towards Videography / Cinematography. So, we will sure see prototypes of 8K EOS Cinema camera, and Canon 4K camcorders, as well as Canon C300 Mark III announcement is also expected in the show.

Ok, we have received very first images of Canon upcoming EOS RP with EG – E1 Battery Grip. Just few hours ago we have received confirmations that Canon EOS RP is coming with 35mm F1.8 STM kit lens to make the entire package much affordable for a entry level shooter.

It’s Canon Extension Grip and Not a battery grip to make your camera. The extension grip is made to make your camera feel bit heavy and big, similar to a entry DSLR. No mention about the presence of extra batteries inside it.

We have spotted a new patent where we Can clearly see Canon is working on variable aperture based RF series zoom lens. The lens covers 70-300mm with a aperture range of F4-5.6 aperture.

It look bit logical too, since Canon EOS RP camera is made for entry level users and they do need affordable lenses to start with. I do believe the 70-300 F4-5.6 lens will arrive at the end or very beginning of 2019.
