 Panasonic teaser image of the upcoming full frame compact camera With the tagline of the “totally unexpected” camera coming on May 23, Panasonic is teasing the announcement of a new Lumix camera.
Well, that is not new to you guys, we have mentioned several times in the past week that Panasonic is about to release a new full-frame compact camera, and soon after that, camera core specs and a re-branded body the Leica Dlux 8. We also have rumors related to a Panasonic entry-level full-frame mirrorless camera with an L-mount.

-Sony ZV-E10 II camera and new APS-C format kit lens may be released in May. In addition, Xperia 1 VI and 10 VI may be released on May 15th.

-Sigma’s new 24-70mm F2.8 Mark II lens may be released on May 16th.
-Meike AF33mm F1.4, AF35mm F2.0, AF23mm F1.4, AF16mm F1.4, and L-mount AF85mm F1.4 lenses may be released in May.
-Samyang Fuji X-mount AF50mm F1.4 lens may be released in May.

Howtofly confirmed today that Panasonic’s next Camera announcement is about to happen on May 23, 2024. We do know that Panasonic is fully prepared to announce compact Fullframe camera on this day, more details below
Take a set of recent rumors we have related to the Panasonic Lumix upcoming cameras
1. Panasonic Compact Camera
Compact Full frame camera, the spiritual successor of LX100 Mark II -The camera will feature the same 24MP HYBRID CMOS Sensor as seen on the Panasonic S5 II | S5 II X camera. Soon after the camera’s announcement, we will have the Leica DLUX 8 announcement with almost the same core specifications.
We are certain that the full-frame compact camera will arrive on May 23rd, 2024
2. Panasonic Entry Level Fullframe Mirrorless camera
Another rumor that we have received recently is about full-frame cameras with interchangeable lenses (L-mount), the camera is also said to feature the same sensor as we have seen in the S5 IIX and S5 II, but the most interesting this is, that the camera will be the cheapest full frame camera Panasonic ever produced, no EVF less controls a budget body made for content creators.
Earlier it was said the interchange budget mirrorless camera would arrive in the same May month, but right now we do not have much insight into it.

Now, the reason why we have kept this entire rumor in the WILD category is due to this camera, an 8K capable Sony FX30 Camera with a 40MP APS-C CMPS Sensor, that sounds more like a Sony Fanboy wishlist, but this exists in Sony RoadMap and according to the new source is everything goes as per schedule and market demand kept raising, Sony will expand its FX30 Series too just like they did with the Sony A7C series
