Canon 6D Mark II Code Name – Many website shouting today the code name of Canon 6D Mark II camera but we have told you over a month ago. The code name of Canon 6D Mark II camera is actually DS126631. Not only that one of the most important thing DS126631 also have 4 different variants. Body with three different kit lens.
In general Canon announces any FF camera with Body only and two different lenses. But here we have three. It is possible that we may see STM version of 24-105mm f/3.5-5.6 Lens.

The Olympus E-M10 Mark III camera again [see our previous post on IM006] surfaced at Russian Wireless Certification Agency. The Registered code name IM006 is actually a Olympus E-M10 Mark III ? We are expecting three options here, the foremost option is E-M10 Mark III, the second option is E-PL9 and third option is they can start a completely new series.

According to latest rumors Panasonic is working on new firmware update. The firmware update will allow the GH5 camera to capture 20 frames per second in RAW mode.
If the rumor is true then it will become a true competitor of Sony A9 camera for sure.

We have received a lot of rumors related to Canon 6D mark II camera and none of them came out to be true and that’s really disappointing. According to veteran Rumor Mill not Only Canon 6D Mark II, Canon SL2 and 85mm F1.4 Lens is expected to arrive this September.
As usual Canon will sure going to add DPAF sensor to 6D Mk II camera but introduction of 4K video in 6D series is still a question. Canon may not introduce 4K inside 6D intentionally to save the 5D Mark IV sale.
From the beginning of 2017 we are continuously getting hints that Canon is going to finally replace 2 year old Canon sx60 HS Mega zoom camera . So, we hope that this year we are going to see a new Mega zoom camera from Canon that will going to compete against the upcoming Nikon p1000 / P900 camera. Yes it’s also true that Nikon is also preparing to announce successor of Nikon P900 camera that features 83 X optical zoom.

Canon announced 5D Mark 4 firmware update but this firmware update fixes few bugs to make the flagship more stable state. BTW, I was waiting for an update that will BOOM up video features told by the trusted sources of Rumor Mills.

Firmware Version 1.0.4 incorporates the following fixes and improvements:
1. Fixes a phenomenon in which a red-colored area may appear at the bottom-center of a captured image when shooting in bulb mode or during a long exposure.
2. Fixes a phenomenon in which the autofocus may not respond when the autofocus is initiated via pressing the shutter button, the AF-ON button or the AE lock button when configured in the custom control menu.
3. Enhances the reliability of communications between the camera and SD card.
4. Fixes incorrect wording on the Finnish language menu screen.
Firmware Version 1.0.4 is for cameras with firmware Version 1.0.3 or earlier. If your camera’s firmware is already Version 1.0.4, it is not necessary to update the firmware.
When updating the firmware of your camera, please review the instructions thoroughly before you update the firmware.
The firmware update takes approximately 4 minutes.

VERY disappointed firmware update
Now why I am telling you that I am very disappointed with the latest firmware update published by Canon for the Canon 5D Mark 4 camera. Since, As rumor mill (canonrumor) predicated that next firmware update will going to add C-log support to Canon 5D Mark 4 and after reading that Particular rumor I was almost convinced that this will going to happen next… but this update really disappointed me deeply as well as the credibility of the trusted sources are again in question

I have received piece of information of week ago but I have not decided to publish it until I received more confirmation related to the same from different sources. Today I have seen a rumor mill published article related to Sony RX1R II successor and according to him the Camera is expected to arrive soon. Sony does registered few camera in different worldwide wireless certification agency and one of the camera among them with reg code WW620081 is expected to be next potential FF compact camera from Sony.
The latest price drop can be considered as an indication that Sony is preparing for the launch successor of popular RX1R II camera and for that they are clearing the stockpile camera in different online for retail stores worldwide.
Sony RX1R III to Feature 5 axis IS and 4K Video
We have received info from tipster Nomen Nescio an while ago according to him the upcoming Sony full frame compact camera will going to feature 5 Axis image stabilization system and the other most important Feature is Introduction of 4K video.
He told nothing about new sensor or new lens, so there is a possibility that even in next version of the camera we will going to see the same 42 megapixel sensor of Sony RX1 R2.
