We have told you earlier that Panasonic LX200 coming with a 20 MP sensor . Today according to a new camera rumor website CB posted a rumored specification of the upcoming LX200 camera, however take all these information with a pinch of salt..
- 20MP Live MOS sensor (from Sony)
- DFD AF technology that will increase the AF speed to 0.07 seconds
- Larger OLED viewfinder
- Tiltable screen similar to the GX8
- Built-in ND filter
- ISO up to 51,200
- New filter effects
- Built-in flash
The camera rumored specification looks very good and if Panasonic adds DFD inside the LX200 camera it will sure become the best tool of a professional shooter.

Panasonic announced today a new and major firmware upgrade today. The new update will add post focus and 4K burst mode to the camera, more details available in the company press release.
DMC-GH4 Firmware Update Version 2.5
Newark, NJ (March 16, 2016) – Panasonic has today announced the new firmware update Version 2.5 for the DMC-GH4 to further enhance its performance at no charge. The new firmware Version 2.5 includes following functional updates:
-Post Focus
Post Focus is a special function that enables users to select an in-focus point after shooting. It has already been integrated in new LUMIX cameras such as the GX8. With this function, users can enjoy changing the perspective for greater photographic expression or to choose the best in-focus shot for macro shooting.
-4K PHOTO (4K Burst / 4K Burst (Start/Stop) / 4K Pre-burst)
With 4K PHOTO mode there are three dedicated modes – 4K Burst / 4K Burst (Start/Stop) / 4K Pre-burst – are all now available on LUMIX GH4*. The addition of these modes further enhances the usability of 4K PHOTO to capture fleeting photo opportunities at 30p.
-External Flash Burst
Consecutive shooting with flash burst is available with an external flash that is capable of continuous emission. This includes the following Panasonic models: DMW-FL580L, DMW-FL360L, DMW-FL500, DMW-FL360 and DMW-FL220.

On march 8, 2016 we have told you that Samsung discontinued the NX500 camera. Tokay we got the news that Samsung also discontinued its NX1 camera. Finally it’s look like the Samsung shutting down mirrorless camera business was true and NX1 discontinuation clearly tells us that Samsung is not interested on making any new NX camera.

List of expected camera that may arrive in 2016 surfaced over the web, the list includes the name of cameras that should be update this year based on the previous update cycle on Nikon.
Nikon is also gearing up to announce three new products this year, we have published the code names here but we don’t know which ones are coming.

According to latest rumors floating over the web Canon will announce three new mirrorless camera in 2016.
Two of them will be APS-C and one of them will be fixed lens full-frame mirrorless camera Like Sony RX1R and Leica Q. The Full-frame mirrorless camera will have ability to record 4K video.
We don’t have specification of the camera yet, we will update you soon as we get any new information.

We have done a extensive research to find out why Canon announced 1300D / T6 camera ? the camera features almost same core specification as of Canon 1200D except wireless connectivity. The core specification of Canon Rebel 700D and 1300D matches absolutely.
Now the worst part, Canon 1300D is still not able to compete with Nikon 1+ year old entry level DSLR camera Nikon D3300 ? Sony A58 also comes at approx same price point and gives you very advance core specification.
I agree upto a point that Canon 1300D is a budget camera but why anyone will going to buy 1300D when there are lot of better options available ?
