As you can see Thom hogan uploaded a pic of a Christmas gift on his website Take a look text written in the gift box, it looks like the pre-production model is already in the hands of reviewers around the web. Thom has also writes
A new Z8 with a new Speedlight. With the new lenses. With no mechanical shutter. With some new software updates (note that NX Mobile Air just got a significant one)…..bonus points for performance superlatives, such as 10K raw video or 60 fps raw stills. Deductions for leaving out something, such as pixel-shift capture or higher resolution EVFs.
Not only Nikon Z8, but Thom hogan also writes an entire article on what he is expecting from Nikon in the CES event 2023
CES is Probably Worthwhile if…
…we get a new, useful, interesting camera. I suppose I’d put a Z70, Z6 III, or Z7 III in that category
Well, that’s really exciting news, if we consider all the hints from the images and the text.. then for sure the Nikon Z8 announcement is in the corner and we will see it very soon. Most probably in the CES show. Well, let’s hope for the best.

Panasonic AF & Camera: Leaked Specs by Ordinary Filmmaker
December 15, 2022, Commack, NY – Tamron announces a new firmware update available today for TAMRON 50-400mm F/4.5-6.3 Di III VC VXD (Model A067) and 150-500mm F/5-6.7 Di III VC VXD (Model A057) for Sony E-mount. With this new firmware update, the AF tracking performance is significantly improved, and will now maintain excellent tracking of moving subjects. AF Assist function during video recording is also now supported on both models as well as the 20-40mm F/2.8 Di III VXD (Model A062). Users can update to the new firmware by using the free Tamron Lens Utility™ software on Models A067 and A062 and through the camera body on Model A057.
Nikon Z30 Low test published by Photons to Photos, in the test you can see Nikon has used the same sensor we have seen in the Nikon Z50 camera. So, finally, the Nikon Z30 has become the best camera for low-light / uncontrolled light environments in that price range.
As you can see the graph performance graph of Nikon ZFC, Nikon Z30, and Nikon Z50 punched together. And we have no visible difference in the sensor performance of all these cameras.
As you can see the low light performance, as well as the Photographic Dynamic range of the Nikon Z30, also matches with the Sony A6400. Being an $800 camera its sensor performance matches with higher price range competitors.
Canon will Grab this Golden opportunity? Sigma CEO during an interview he said is “very interested” in developing mirrorless lenses for Canon RF-mount
Even Canon lovers will never forgive Canon if they didn’t accept such offer, we would love to see Sigma ART Lenses for Canon RF Mount cameras — thenewcamera
Btw, I am not able to understand the language of the video, so here words may be different. But the intention is very clear that Sigma wants to join RF mount.
