Latest info about Fujifilm x200 surfaced over the web, according to the rumor the fuji x200 will feature a newly developed sensor, no-optical low pass filter due to X-trans technology and advance contrast+Phase based AF sysytem, however the source is new so take it as grain of salt,
Fuji X200 rumored specification
- 24MP X-Trans sensor
- faster AF than X100S
- tilt screen
- new fixed lens
- new EVF, better than X100S, but not as much as X-T1
- wider detection area
There are also some confusion about the X200 sensor size, since some new sources saying that the upcoming camera from fujifilm may feature a fullframe sensor, however based on my experience fujifilm will not do such a experiement with ultra popular X100 series.

MELVILLE, N.Y., February 11, 2014 – Canon U.S.A., Inc., a leader in digital imaging solutions, today introduced the EOS Rebel T5 DSLR Camera – the latest model in the company’s popular EOS Rebel lineup. The new camera provides entry-level photographers with an affordable way to take their imaging skills to the next level. Incorporating an 18.0 megapixel CMOS (APS-C) image sensor and a high-performance DIGIC 4 image processor, the EOS Rebel T5 camera delivers improved functionality with the speed and high quality needed to create impressive images – even in low light.
The new EOS Rebel T5 DSLR camera offers users an extensive ISO range of 100–6400 (expandable to 12800) to accommodate shooting situations from bright natural outdoor lighting to dimly lit indoor settings. The camera can also automatically lock-in on moving subjects with ease using the EOS Rebel T5 camera’s nine-point AF system (including one center cross-type AF point). With help from the AI Servo AF, users can benefit from the camera’s outstanding autofocus capabilities. The new EOS Rebel T5 camera also offers a continuous shooting mode of up-to-three frames per second (fps) to help photographers capture the action at children’s activities, sporting events and more. Images can then be easily viewed on the camera’s large three-inch LCD monitor.

From past 3 to 4 month we are getting regular update form rumor mills that Leica will announce a mirrorless sysytem / Leica T 701 camera in Febraury 2014, now two new images surfaced over stevehuff website, the both images is of probably the upcoming new mirrorless system or Leica T Type 701 camera.
Leica T Type 701 with a different lens
+1 take a look at the recent interview with the Australian magazine Camera Leica’s CEO Alfred Schopf, he confirmed again that they will come up with a new compact system camera:
“We will have one, definitely. And it will, of course, be quite different to M system. We want to have autofocus with such a system and we may well have an APSC size sensor rather than a bigger one. It will be a German built camera, however I’m not sure we can make all of the lenses made in Germany because we are talking about a different price range to M system so I could imagine that we do some fixed focal length lenses in Germany and maybe with the zooms we will co-operate with a partner”
