According to latest rumors Fuji XF 90mm f/2.0 lens is rumored to announce on Q4 of 2014 or Q1 of 2015. High Quality  Olympus ultra-wide angle zoom lens 7-14mm f/2.8 MFT lens is also rumored to announce soon with a price tag of $1,799, the price is quite expensive for a M4/3 format based lens.

Sigma 85mm F1.4 DG Art Lens Coming on Photokina 2014

Sigma is rumored to announce 85mm F1.4 DG Art lens at Photokina show (germany), the lens shipping will start from Q1 of 2015, on the other hand Zeiss is also rumored to announce its 85mm f/1.4 OTUS lens at Photokina event.

As you can see the image that the Sigma ART lens is very close to Zeiss Otus test marks. Sigma Art Lenses will surely eat a major market share of zeiss since the recent test and review at DxOMark showed us that Sigma art image quality is equal to the Otus lens… and the price of Sigma Art lens is just half compared to Zeiss Otus. Sigma 50m F1.4 Art price is $949 (B&H and Amazon) and Zeiss 35mm F/1.4 Distagon T will cost you $1843 (B&H and Amazon).

Canon Testing New Fullframe DSLR

According to latest rumors surfaced over the web someone from Canon visited few professional studios in NYC with a new Fullframe body, according to the photographer(s) the new 22 MP full-frame sensor was showing excellent color output with lots of details… Image captured from the camera had to be processed in a particular laptop provided by Canon and no image were allowed to be retained. The camera is expected to arrive on Photokina 2014 or Q1 of 2015.

We have two possibility… either Canon 6D Mark II OR Canon 5D Mark IV coming…  the image resolution mentioned above is similar to the 5D Mark III and 6D DSLR sensor resolution, Canon may announce its new fullframe camera on Photokina show 2014 or Q1 of 2015.

The Olympus PEN E-PL7 Full Specification Leaked today, now we have confirmed set of specifications of upcoming E-PL7 camera... the upcoming E-PL7  camera features a 16MP 4/3″ Live MOS sensor with a ISO range 200-25600, you can shoot 8fps of full-resolution images, the AF system gets a makeover and now it comes with a total number of 81 AF point (the E-PL5 was limited to 31 AF point only).

Olympus PEN E-PL7 can record full HD videos @ 60 fps frame rate and Movie MPEG-4 AVC/H.264/Motion JPEG recording formats available, on the rear side we have 3.0″ TFT color LCD, Vari-angle, touch screen.

The core specification design is overall same as its predecessor, the only major improvement we see is new AF system with 81 AF point, everything else remains same.

Continuous shooting: Without losing a fraction of second the A77 II shoots blazing fast continuous shots @ 12 fps and Nikon D7100 limited to 6fps.

Display: With A77 II you get Swivel LCD display on the other hand Nikon D7100 comes with fixed LCD display.

Connectivity: The A77 II features WiFi connectivity with NFC (near field communication), you cam share your images witlessly to your network and you can also use your smartphone or tablet to shoot images from a distance. No such facility available in Nikon D7100.

Verdict: The Sony A77 II is a clear winner and a excellent camera based on specification comparison review, but with Nikon D7100 we get a huge amount of high quality lenses to choose from… and without optical low-filter we will get super sharp images when viewed at 100%.
