Nikon Z7 test score published at DXO Mark LAB. Of course the camera is one of the best performing Mirrorless camera and scored almost similar rating compared to Nikon D850 DSLR camera. BTW, its look like Nikon is using same sensor of Nikon D850 camera inside Nikon Z7. Fabrication of AF points inside the D850 sensor doesn’t change its performance scale.
As you can see Nikon Z7 is just behind the Sony A7R III camera with a very marginal difference. BTW, best low light camera among the list is Sony A7 III with highest low light score.

The best Zoom lens for your Sony A6400 camera is 16-70mm F4 Lens. As you all know the lens is bit costly ($998) but one of the best lenses available for the camera right now.
One of the best things you will notice while using the lens produces very sharp images and features a constant F4 aperture throughout the zoom range. The build quality of the lens is very solid and the image stabilization of the lens is highly effective and works upto four shutter speed steps to benefit while handheld shooting. Btw, when you are buying a camera like Sony A64000 then you have to buy a lens with better OIS since the camera doesn’t have built-in image stabilization system.
The lens isn’t affordable but you will find the cost reasonable once you see the output from this lens. If you think the price is high then just imagine that you are buying a bunch of high-quality prime lenses. It’s expensive but it’s a Zeiss OSS and you get what you pay for when quality is your priority.

The 70-200mm lens is one of the best lens that Sony ever made. For DSLR users I must say that this lens is as good as Canon 70-200mm F2.8 OR Nikkor 70-200mm F2.8 Since. The lens features very light-weight (compared to the DSLR zoom lenses I have used till now) and the lens bokeh quality isn’t so eye catching so don’t try to have portrait sessions with this lens.

TNC Exlusive: Dual base ISO coming to Sony A7S III. According to latest rumors surfaced over the web, Sony may implement Dual base ISO at Sony A7S III camera.
From Initial reports, its look like the prototypes of the camera have the Dual Base ISO feature, we do hope that the feature will continue in the production version of the camera.
It’s really a great news for professional filmmakers and serious youtubers if true. Dual native ISO means exactly there are two optimal settings of the camera. So, at native ISO is where Camera Performs best in-terms of SNR (signal to Noise ratio) and Dynamic Range.
Native ISO is actually a saturation point of any camera at which the analogue signal does not need to be modified before it converted into Digital Signal and you get optimal image quality.
So, in Dual base ISO we have two Values first is High Base ISO (ex 2500) and other is low base ISO (ex 500). Increasing the ISO above the lower base number amplifies the output but also increases noise in the image. But when the ISO reaches the higher base ISO, the circuit is switched so the photosites output higher levels without applying the additional gain.
” (A7S II users)They want 4K/60p, 4:2:2 10-bit, and of course more battery power, increased AF accuracy – many things!”
But later in an interview he also added that
dpreview says, Sony’s Kenji Tanaka told us the a7S II successor would be “more than [a7S II users] expect.”
What actually coming inside Sony A7S III ?
Sony very clearly hinting us that upcoming camera have either 6K or 8K video recording options. And as we have published that Sony upcoming A7S III, Sony A7R IV and Sony A9 II camera will have 8K video recording capability. 8K video recording capability doesn’t mean you will get a 8k output, as we know the current line-up of Sony alpha fullframe and mirrorless camera uses 6K videos (Full sensor readout) to create 4K videos.
Nikon Z7 High ISO test Images are now available at dpreview website, one of the best thing that you can view the Jpeg and Raw version same time to get a clear idea of Nikon Z7 performance against its competitors.

According to the latest rumors coming from reputed rumor mill, the upcoming Sony A7S III camera will going to have a completely brand new sensor integrated with integral memory.
Sony A7S was first introduced bak on Sep 2014 and just after a year gap Sony introduced the Sony A7S II camera by having the same 12MP sensor, one stop more ISO range, built-in IS and more dense AF points (from 25 to 165). Now, After 2+ years of long gap we are expecting Sony A7S III camera with improved core specification.
The sources suggest that upcoming camera will going to have a stacked CMOS sensor. As I can remember, we have seen Sony first Fullframe stacked CMOS sensor in the Sony A9 camera and is they are able to implement it , it will be a great upgrade from the existing Sony A7S II.
According to the sources the upcoming Sony A7 S3 camera features a brand new stacked CMOS sensor with built in memory and high sensitivity with improved autofocusing.
Finally, the first still High ISO test report of the Sony A7 III camera published by dpreview. Take a look at the high ISO test between Sony A7 III, Sony A7R III, Nikon D750 and Canon 5D Mark IV.
Sony A7 III vs Nikon D850 vs Sony A7R III vs Canon 5D Mark IV
As you can see the Sony A7R III is still a best choice for still work since you get a lot of details with high resolution sensor. Despite of having a weak filter inside the Sony A7 III camera the level of details isn’t similar to A7R III due to less resolution.
Nikon D850 is showing unusual color noise on BW image which is unacceptable. However the details are visible and moire is also very well controlled.
And finally we have the Canon 5D Mark IV camera. As we know that Canon cameras do have built-in OLPF and so we are not able to get the 100% details of a subject when compared to Camera without low-pass filter.
Sony A7 III Color noise test
As you can in this test I have kept ISO at 102400, practically I never use ISO above the 12800 in any FF DSLR / Mirrorless camera but to see the difference in test in first look results we have to set the ISO at a higher level.
As you can see clearly Sony A7R III and Nikon D850 color noise levels are well controlled compared to Sony A7 III . Despite of being a canon user for a long time, I have no hesitation is saying that Canon 5D Mk IV is suffering from a lot of color noise and loss of details.
Sony A7III is definitely one of the best camera ever announced by Sony. I do have some issue but despite if that you are getting a lot features in $2k camera.
