Korean Giant Samsung and imaging industry leader Fuji silently working together behind the curtain to create a completely new and more powerful ISOCELL sensor. The new ISOCELL PLUS sensor

Let me explain you what Fuji did inside ISOCELL sensor to make it ISOCELL PLUS, earlier every two-sub pixels of of ISOCELL sensor was separated by a metal grid. Now, the metal grid is replaced by Fuji new innovative material. (well they didn’t disclosed what the innovative material is).

- Today introduced its new ‘ISOCELL Plus’ technology
- Absorb and hold more light than the conventional backside-illuminated (BSI) image sensor
- Samsung replaced the metal barrier with an innovative new material developed by Fujifilm, minimizing optical loss and light reflection.
- The new ISOCELL Plus delivers higher color fidelity along with up to a 15-percent enhancement in light sensitivity
- The technology also enables image sensors to equip 0.8-micrometer (µm) and smaller-sized pixels without any loss in performance, making it an optimal solution for developing super-resolution cameras with over 20 megapixels
- The ISOCELL Plus will be showcased at the Mobile World Congress Shanghai, held from June 27 to 29.
With the help of new technology Samsung is not only able to create more better sensor, but they can also create higher resolution sensor without any loss in performance.

Finally Sony announced 400mm F2.8 lens today with a price tag of $12000. When we talk about Mirrorless lenses they aren’t so cheap. Btw, let’s talk about the Major features of the lens.
According to Sony press release text the 400mm F2.8 lens features Dual and New Linear Motors inside that works in parallel to match up the Autofocus speed if Sony A9 camera.
The lens features approx 5X Auto Focus speed compared to Sony 300mm F2.8 G2 lens which is available at $7500

Sony registered a APS-C new sensor IMX342LQA of 31 MP resolution and global shutter. The sensor features 4:3 aspect ratio so, for sure this sensor is not going to be used inside consumer cameras because of its aspect ratio.
However, many websites claim that this Sensor will going to be used inside the Sony A6700 camera. This isn’t true with the aspect ratio the sensor have. However, modified version of this sensor can be used for future Sony cameras.

 Canon 90D creative image Based on the latest information available to us via trusted Japanese sources Canon K437 model is using the same LP-E6N battery that is being used by Canon 80D (Amazon | B&H) as well as many Canon Pro APS-C and Fullframe cameras.
Now, if we look at the rumors we are getting from past few months from reputed rumor mills that Canon 90D is set to arrive before Canon 7D Mark III camera. If it is still true then for sure the DSLR registered with model code K437 is Canon 90D.
List of Canon Upcoming DSLR and Mirrorless Cameras
Update: 26/ June / 2018
After K437 Canon Registered one more model DS 126721 having the same battery as we have seen inside the Canon 80D, 7D Mark II and Canon 5D Mark IV. The DS 126 721 is also using advance wireless module WM600 (Canon 6D mark II using WM500). We do expect Canon registered 7D Mark III camera under the model code DS126 721. But at the same time now we have two pro DSLR models ins the announcement line. K437 and DS 126721, the K437 was registered 3 – 4 months ago which I do expect its a 90D camera and DS126721 registered yesterday and it can be the successor of 7D Mark II.
What we can expect from Canon 90D
Canon 80D is one of the hottest selling Canon DSLR, the DSLR is being used by Photographers as well as video-bloggers all over the globe due to its advance core specification and super fast DPAF support. Now let’s see What we are expecting from Canon next camera.

1. New Sensor in Canon 90D
The Canon 80D sensor is even better Canon 7D Mark II camera, but based on the rumors we have received in the past the Canon 90D is coming in second half of 2018 with a brand new sensor. Well’ that’s really interesting if true and we are waiting for that.
2. Digic 8 Image Processor
We are confirmed about the presence of Digic 8 inside Canon 90D DSLR. And with introduction of new image processor we are also expecting boost in ISO performance. The low-light performance of the camera will boost from 25600 to 51200 and standard ISO range from 16000 to 25600. Continuous shooting speed of the camera will touch somewhere around 9 FPS and Canon will also implement advance image decoding algorithms along with the new image processor. So enhancement in Dynamic Range and support of new file formats are also expected.
3. Video 4k 30p
There are lot of Mirrorless camera at $1k price range or even less than that offers 4K video. Intorduction of 4K video inside Canon 90D camera is imminent. It’s also important for survival of DSLRs. However, now it all depends upon Canon how they want to introduce 4K inside Canon 90D. With limitation OR without as we have already seen inside the Canon EOS M50 camera($699). For those who don’t know the Canon EOS M50 camera comes with a limited 4K video mode where you can not use the DPAF (Dual Pixel CMOS AF System) while creating 4K video with your camera.
4. Price of Canon 90D
The introductory price of the camera is rumored to be $1200. The exact announcement date of the camera isn’t know, but it is said to be 2nd half of 2018.

With the introduction of new Variable Frame based Video Mode the Sony cameras will allow users to select Frames rates even after shooting is done.
Multi-stream Will be used while grabbing entire data. The camera sensor and image processor will Multi Stream 60 FPS and 240FPS frames simultaneously to Memory.
Optimal frame Speed Function will also going to be implemented by using the (AI) Artificial Intelligence programs to determine the Optimal frame for a given scene.

Now let’s talk about why I am worried about the Canon 90d successor name, the Canon 90D camera isn’t out it yet, but if you’re going to look at the name cultural then it’s bit easy to predict the name of Canon Future camera(s). But, We already have Canon 100D camera, so are sure that Canon will going re-name the XXD series in near future, because they have no other option left.
It all Started with Canon D30
Yes, its all started with Canon D30 camera. The Canon D30 was a 3.1 megapixel megapixel APS-C camera designed and developed for professional photographers back in 2000. Canon D30 was the first Cannon homegrown DSLR camera, prior to that Canon while developing digital cameras in contract with the Kodak.
The Canon D30 was replaced by Canon D60 in February 22 2002. The Canon D60 was first Canon APS-C camera with 6.3 megapixel resolution sensor, but not compatible with the Canon EF S lenses. Designed and developed for semi professional users.
Canon DXX Series Name Changed to Canon XXD in 2003
Back to 2003 Canon changed the name of its Semi-pro DSLR series for Canon D60 to Canon 10D. Canon re-named its semi-pro series after Canon D60 and Canon 10d introduced in the market on February 27 2003. Which was also a 6.3 megapixel camera compatible with Canon EF lenses. After that we have the first Canon semi professional body Canon 20D that was comfortable with Canon EF-S lenses and arrived with enhanced Core specification.
Change in name again expected
We all are waiting for Canon 90d camera. And expecting a big upgrade in the Core specification when compared with the Canon 80d. But at the same time we already have Canon 100D (entry level) camera so after Canon 90D change in Series model name will become imminent.
As we have already seen in the past that can and has changed the name of Canon semi Pro apsc DSLR lineup and introduced Canon 10D as a successor of Canon D60. So its quite logical to expect the change in name.
