According to the latest rumors surfaced over the web, Nikon Z8 camera teasers are expected to start within the next few days (April 26, 2023) and the announcement is expected in 2nd week of May 2023.
Here are the latest Nikon Z8 rumors:
- The Nikon Z8 teaser campaign will start on April 26.
- The Nikon Z8 is rumored to be officially announced in the second week of May (on or around May 9).
- The Nikon Z8 is rumored to start shipping end of May or in early June.
- The Nikon Z8 internal code could be Q2070.
- The Nikon Z8 will have Advance AF
- The Nikon Z8 will be the perfect camera for the prosumer market.
Latest Information Related to Nikon Z8
-According to the latest information, it will be announced in April and will ship in May (development announcement may be earlier) -Uses the same
battery as Z7 (EN-EL15c)
-External battery grip will be prepared

If the rumor is true, then for cameras like Nikon Z8, we must have a development announcement prior to Nikon Z8’s official announcement. In genral Nikon post development announcement followed by a teaser video of the same.
On July 2017 we had the Nikon D850 development announcement and on Aug 2017 Nikon D850 was officially announced. So, if Nikon follows the same pattern, then we should have a Nikon Z8 development announcement this month (March 2023)

Sony A9 III was scheduled to arrive in Q3 of 2021, but the camera was delayed due to a chip shortage. Even in 2022, the A9 III was not able to make its space on Sony’s list. And now its announcement is overdue, and we are expecting that Sony A9 III camera is expected to arrive in Q2/Q3 of 2023.

Mark this date: April 18, 2023 – The day when we came to know that Canon has opened their RF lens mount for third-party lens makers. Today, Meike (third-party lens maker) has announced the first “APPROVED” Meike AF 85mm f/1.4 THIRD PARTY AF Lens for the Canon RF Mount.
WOW, that’s a clear indication that Sigma and Tamron are coming next with their lenses. Just Imaging using Tamron 17-70mm Lens for Canon R10 and Samyang 35-150 F2-2.8 lens for Canon R8.
