New Sensor and New Image processor: The new sensor gives you more ISO range compared to the old one, hence you get better low light images and more resolution, and the new processor of Nikon D4s DSLR (optimized for Nikon 1 series) gives amazing speed boost to the camera.
Speed:
- AF system of Nikon V3 is bit more advance, we get 105 Phase AF points and 171 contrast AF points in V3 and Nikon V2 have 73 Phase AF points and 135 Contrast AF points.
- The Nikon V3 with more resolution is capable of shooting continuous shots with Full Time AF @ 20fps, in the other hand the Nikon V2 was limited to 15fps with bit low resolution.
- Without continuous AF: Nikon V3 can shoot 60 frames per second @ 18 megapixels and Nikon V2 can also shoot 60fps @ 14 Megapixels.
- Nikon V3 Canon Record HD Videos at a frame rate of 120fps, Nikon V2 limited to 60fps only.
Nikon V3 is missing EVF, but you Canon but it if you need.

According to recent rumors Canon SX60 HS will feature newly developed 60X zoom lens with better aperture range compared to Canon SX50 HS.
The upcoming camera is rumored to to have a newly developed 15 Megapixel sensor with better low-light perofrmance and enhanced ISO range (possibly upto 12800), the lens will have a bright F2.8 aperture at the wide-end and the lens is bit more wide compared to its predicessor 20-1200mm.
We already posted the info that SX60 HS will have 60X optical zoom a while ago and don’t worry Canon have compact lens patent upto 100X zoom(See here).

The Nikon V3 images finally surfaced over the web Just few hours before its official announcement time, Nikon V3 will is also world first camera feature 120fps of 720p HD recording mode, amazing frame rates like 400fps and 1200fps at lower resolutions.
The Nikon V3 can shoot 18 MP images at 20 frames per second with continuous auto focus mode and 60fps shooting available with a fixed focus point.

According to latest rumors Samsung is adding a new coating (probably Nano) to 16-50mm and 50-200mm F4-5.6 ED OIS III lens in production line that will dramatically improve light transmittance and reduce the ghost and flare of both the lenses.

Nikon D4S Score surfaced over the DxO Mark lab, as we have said earlier in our D4s vs D4 comparison review that Nikon D4s have same sensor as Nikon D4, the more ISO range is unlocked due to introduction of advance image processor with upgraded image processing algorithm
According to DxO Mark Lab scores, Nikon D4S beats Canon 1DX, as you can see in the table the low light king title remains to Nikon DF camera, Sony A7R is best machine for shooting subjects under controlled light situation.
