According to the latest rumors surfaced over the web, Sony’s upcoming APS-C Mirrorless system camera will have a different name, other than the Sony A5xxx or Sony A6xxx series. Sources of the rumor mill suggest the Sony marketing team wants to create a new range of Vlogging APS-C Mirrorless cameras with different names. Just like they have introduced the Sony ZV1 (Amazon) in a compact range, in the same manner, they will introduce a brand new series.
Initial specifications
- 24MP Sensor
- Design Similar to Sony A7C
- Fewer Controls / vloggers friendly

Viltrox is planning to release Fuji Lenses, as you can see in the image above Viltrox 23mm F1.4 and 56mm F1.4 XF labeled lenses being showcased in China International Photographic Equipment and Technology Fair (China P&E) in Beijing, China. It’s really strange why they have also printed XF in their lens… If Tamron and Sigma not using the “G-master” tag in their lenses then why Viltrox using the XF?
Although I really welcome the introduction of new third-party lenses for the Fuji system.

Panasonic S5 uses a better Sensor
As we can see the sensor size is the main difference between these two cameras. The Panasonic S5 full-frame sensor will deliver exceptional images as well as more details and depth in videos with better low-light performance. Both cameras feature sensor-shift IS (5.5 Stops without OIS Lens / 6.5 Stops with Dual IS), so you will get stability support while you are shooting still images and videos.
As usual with the help of a Fullframe sensor, we will get a boosted ISO range inside the Panasonic S5 Camera.

Panasonic S5 shoots DCI 4k
The S5 also gets a significant update in 4K DCI and ProRes RAW support. So, if you are buying up the latest Panasonic S5 then for sure you will get DCI 4k videos with your camera. Another most important fact we have to admit the Panasonic S5 does a full sensor readout, that’s is 24.2MP full-frame CMOS sensor with no AA filter; Full-frame oversampled will give you massive details while creating 4k videos with your camera compared to a M4/3 sensor-based GH5 Mark II camera.
