According to the latest rumors, Sony will soon announce Sony ZV-FE100 full-frame Mirrorless camera for vlogging. The camera will shoot 4k 60fps video, 10 Bit internal recording, Slog3 Support, and also includes IBIS + Gyro Support. The camera announcement is expected sometime in March-April of 2023.
These are the initial set of information coming from new sources take it with a grain of salt.
According to the latest rumors from the Rumor mill, Nikon plans to announce Nikon Z8 and Nikon Z6 mark III cameras in March of 2023. Look at the information shared by the subscriber of the rumor mill.
We have to take it with a grain of salt and wait for more confirmation. But, at the same time just like I am really very excited about the Nikon Z8 camera.

Yes, we do belive that Nikon will announce Nikon Z8 soon, and we also believe that Nikon Z6 III may also arrive with Z8 or after a month or two. The time frame that we have received from an Asian source is from March to Aug of 2023, Nikon will do all its major 2023 camera announcements during this time period.
We can relate the announcement pattern with Canon, as they only announced Canon R6 Mark II and postponed the update of the Canon R5 Mark II. In a similar fashion, we will have only Z6 III this year along with the Nikon Z8. And after the announcement of the Nikon Z8, Canon will bring out Canon R5 Mark II in the month of Aug-Sep to splash out the market of Nikon Z8.
Finally, we got confirmation via Howtofly that Smaynag is about to announce a 75mm F1.8 X-Mount lens. Howtofly is a reliable source and approx 90% of the information we get from him is correct. We do know that Samyang is making lenses for Sony E-Mount, but they never announced an APS-C 75mm F1.8 Lens, although they do have a 75mm F1.8 for full frame E-Mount. So, maybe they have just tweaked a little bit design of the lens to make it compatible with the Fujis X-Mount.
Before we begin, let me clarify that Canon R50 is actually a successor of the Canon M50 Mark II camera. As we have told you the successor, means from now on we will have models like the Canon R50 mark II, canon R50 Mark III and …, and no models like Canon M50 Mark III are expected to arrive.
If you are not planning to invest further in lenses, and just want to buy a camera for friends and family purposes with a kit lens, ur not serious about either photography or video, you can go with a Canon M50 Mark II camera.
Will a kit lens be enough? Nope, I always recommend u get at least a prime lens if you want to have output quality better than your smartphone.
The biggest issue is if someone who already invested in Canon EF-M Lenses he/she has no option left since the Lenses if the Canon RF Mount isn’t compatible with the Canon EF-M Mount. So, you have to make a fresh start with the Canon RF Mount.
So, you can invest in sigma lenses like Sigma 56mm F1.4 for Canon EF-Mount to best quality portraits, but do remember this also, it will be your investment in the Camera mount, where no further successors are coming (Under the same EF-Mount),

For the first time Canon has introduced an electronic shutter inside an Entry level body, now with the help of an electronic setter we are able Burst upto 15FPSbut, but sadly the buffer is limited to 30 Frames of JPEG, so you can hardly have two second buffer slot with the Canon R50 Camera.

Best Entry-Level Camera to Record Videos?
Both cameras share exactly the same video Resolution and frame rates, Canon R50 camera as well as the Sony’s ZV-E10 camera records 4K videos up to 30 FPS and full HD videos up to 120 per second. So, if you want to vlog with an R50 camera, better to buy the Canon’s 15-30mm Lens OR at least an RF 16mm F2.8 Lens. But, unfortunately, the RF 16mm lens doesn’t have OIS Support. To better get the 15-30mm lens for vlogging if possible. As you know, we don’t have many options with Canon since the lens mount is locked and we have to select from a limited range of lenses.
But, the biggest surprise is we have a gyro image stabilization system inside the Sony ZV-E10 which works very effectively when you are shooting videos with the camera. Although using Gyro-based data is not that easy, either you have to use the catalyst browse software to stabilize your footage prior to editing, or Sony now also offers Catalyst plugin for premier pro software.

Best Camera for shooting Still Images and video?
Canon R50 overall design is more appealing to photographers since the camera also features EVF and a better handgrip, we also have an advanced AF system with AI AF object tracking mode and faster burst speed it looks ver impressive. But, at the same time you can see from the results of the High ISO Test, the Sony ZV-E10 sensor is preserving more details, if u want a more video-oriented camera with features like an advance microphone, dual 3.5mm jack, gyro-based IS, and product showcase mode, ZV-E10 best for you.
The Next BIG thing is Canon’s Locked lens mount. So, the range of lenses for an entry-level shooter is less (if you have a limited-budget lens ).
So, overall it depends upon who is buying the camera if he/she is a casual shooter. Not interested in having extra lenses and love the R50 design, then yes for you guys the R50 is best. But for those who are more serious with photography or video at the same time they have a limited budget, better to buy a Sony ZV-E10 camera (or A6400 is you are a photographer).
