Multiple sample image Sigma dp2 Quattro surfaced over the web today,the dp2 Quattro features 29 Megapixel Multilayer Sensor and ISO range upto 6400, the high resolution data delivered from of 3 (RGB) layer sensor and the sensor architecture doesn’t require low-pass filter, so you get images with very high details.

We can clearly see the upto ISO 1600 everything looks good but at ISO 3200 the image losses its color details, so the image of Sigma dp2 Quattro are usable upto ISO 1600.

Canon 7D Mark II may feature a foveon type Sensor (not confirmed yet) and after that technology will be implemented in all forthcoming Canon DSLRs. If the rumor is true than we will see some excellent improvement in the image quality of 7D Mk II DSLR.

Tamron Japan finally Announces 14-150mm F3.5-5.8 Di III MFT (Micro Four Third) lens, the lens features step-drive motor and high quality optics but it doesn’t have vibration reduction (may be due to some technical issues)

The Nikon D800/D800E successor name will be Nikon D810, the camera will have moderate upgrade in core specification and rumored date of announcement is June 26th, 2014.

The recently leaked image (leaked from a non-credible source) suggest that the upcoming camera will feature three mode dial buttons, the front & below the shutter will control the aperture, above shutter button the dial is for ISO control and finally at back we have exposure control button and finally the ISO button is removed from the right back side of the Nikon D810 camera.

 Canon EF-M 55-200mm f/4.5-6.3 IS STM Lens finally announced, the 55-200mm is first zoom lens announced by Canon for its mirrorless system. The lens features built-in optical image stabilization to fight with camera shake, STM motor do quite AF and best for recording videos without the AF noise, the most important factor is the compactness of the 55-200mm lens and it weighs 206gm only.
If we look at the MTF chart (small & Slim dotted lines show sharpness and contrast at MAX aperture, the thick ones are recorded at F8), the MTF look very good at wide and tele-end.
