MELVILLE, N.Y., September 1, 2016 – Canon U.S.A., Inc., a leader in digital imaging solutions, announced today the XC15 4K Video Camcorder, a 4K UHD digital video camcorder for professional use that achieves high-image quality with a lightweight, compact body.
The new Canon XC15, which builds on the XC10 4K UHD digital video camcorder announced in April 2015, enables shooting with an external microphone through an XLR input and features the selection of visual-expression “Look” modes, including modes that allow it to match the look of other Canon professional cameras, making it ideal for use as a “B”-camera as well as for media and video-content productions.
The Canon XC15 ships with the MA-400 microphone adapter that, when attached, enables shooting with XLR-input microphones used in a wide range of media and content-creation applications. As a result, the camcorder supports the production of content that combines both high-image quality and high-sound quality with reduced noise. The MA-400 is also compatible with the EOS C300 Mark II camera.
Thanks to its high-sensitivity one-inch CMOS sensor and DIGIC DV 5 image processing platform with high calculation-processing power, the new XC15 is capable of capturing high-image quality and low-noise 4K UHD video. Additionally, the camcorder features a compact, lightweight body design, measuring approximately 5.0 x 4.1 x 4.8 inches (WxHxD) and weighs approximately 2.1 pounds while also sporting a 10x optical zoom lens1, which facilitates shooting in confined spaces and environments that demand mobility.

But, again Canon filed a NEW patent of 28 – 560 MM lens that will feature aperture range of 2.8 to 5.6 same as previous one but may have different optical formula, the lens will be a L series lens, internal focus motor and weather sealed protection.

Digitalrev (website) website added the product pages of Canon upcoming products today, you can see the screen shots of the product pages of Canon 5D Mark IV, 16-35mm f/2.8 L III and 24-105mm f/4.0 L II Listed at DigitalRev website.
The product pages are empty and doesn’t contain any information related to the products, we expect Canon will announce 5D Mark IV camera along with lenses on 24th-25th August 2016. Digitalrev isn’t taking pre-orders yet, but you can add your email on notify me button and they send a pre-order alert you once the product page goes live. According to latest rumor coming from reliable source the upcoming Canon 5D Mark IV Coming with both CFast2.0 slot and a SDXC UHS-II slot.
No solid information available yet, but we do have expectation Canon 5D Mark IV Camera is rumored to arrive this Photokina 2016 and Canon 6D Mark II on Q1/Q2 of 2017.
We have published the leaked image of the 5D Mark IV camera in the wild and we can also confirm that the upcoming camera will have 4K internal recording same as of Canon 1DX Mark II.

According to recent rumours the upcoming Canon EF 70-300 mm lens will going to have image stabilization as well as USM refers to ultrasonic motor. Usually Canon most of the Canon lenses that carry Stepping motor inside to for fast AF performance and silent auto-focusing.

Canon is rumored to announce a new full frame lens before August 2016, but the name of the lens is not confirmed yet. However, we do expect will be announced along with upcoming 16 to 35 mm f 2.8 lens, the 16-35mm lens is rumored to arrive on June 2016.
Their is a big possibility that a replacement for 70-300 mm IS lens or may be a new DO lens announcement from Canon (we have a bunch of DO patents already) is coming soon. Stay with us and we will ping-back as soon as we get any new information.
