Take a look at the first leaked specification of the Canon Mirrorless camera.  There is nothing very exciting, we have a usual  5D Mark IV core specification with a electronic shutter, however according to the source the core specification is of one of the several prototypes of Canon fullframe Mirrorless camera running in the wild

Canon Fullframe Mirrorless Core Specification

  • Design and interface – The camera will carry a large grip and top LCD display screen. The mode dials buttons are similar to Canon 5D Mark IV.
  • Canon Fullframe Mirrorless camera will carry Side articulating screen.
  • Sensor is upgraded version of Canon 5D Mark IV 30 MP Sensor.
  • Frame rate: 10FPS
  • Silent shutter and 1/16000sec shutter speed is available
  • 61-pt AF system similar to Canon 5D Mark IV
  • Dual SD card slots
  • Video Features: C-Log 1/2/3, Focus Guide
  • Formats available: 60p/30p/24p 4K (both DCI & UHD can be chosen).

Of course it’ll have to be a fair bit larger than the Sony if it really has top LCD and hallelujah if it is larger. Sony is simply too small, I have to use it with the optional grip.
