We have spotted a new camera and a new Electronic viewfinder on Russian Certification Agency. The code name of the camera is PC2325 and the code name of the EVF is DC2.
 In the sketches we can clearly see upcoming EOS M5 does have external viewfinder. According to latest leak the Canon EOS M5 camera coming with a built-in viewfinder. We have also seen the leaked sketches of the camera which is further more confirmed that it’s really EOS M5.
So, there is two possibility – Either Canon EOS M5 is coming without built-in viewfinder and the Leaked sketches above are fake OR Canon G1X Mark III is coming for sure.
The next possible announcement we expect from Canon is large sensor based Canon Powershot model Canon G1X Mark III, Canon G1X Mark II update is overdue and we have already said the Canon G1X Mark III announcement is inevitable.
So there is a big possibility Canon PC2325 is actually Canon G1X Mark III and DC2 is it’s new external flash.

Canon M5 Camera design leaked today, at the moment we don’t know the image is real of fake? but we are sure that it’s coming and we have already published the leaked specification of of the upcoming camera.
According to the leaked specification published few days ago the camera is coming with Canon 80D sensor (Dual-pixel CMOS AF Sensor) and advance core specification under a compact body, we can also say a mini-80D on its way.
Canon Mirrorless line-up is struggling for its existence, although some of its models are popluar in Asian countries but even in Japan the mirrorless market share of Canon is less than 10%.

Canon is rumored to announce new EOS M5 mirrorless camera just before the photokina event according to the latest information coming over the surface.
Now let’s talk about the specification of the upcoming camera
- Sensor 24MP The camera is rumored to feature a 24 megapixel CMOS sensor, at the moment we don’t know which type of sensor is actually coming, will have a dual-pixel or Hybrid CMOS AF Technology inside. Since both camera features almost same 24 MP resolution, either the Canon EOS M5 is coming with Canon 750D/760D sensor or it’s coming with Canon 80D Sensor.The technology used inside both the camera sensors are entirely different. Canon 760D uses Hybrid AF III sensor whereas the Canon 80D uses Dual-pixel CMOS AF system.
- Built-in Viewfinder The next feature we expect to see in the upcoming EOS M5 camera is built-in electronic viewfinder, previous generation of all camera doesn’t have EVF.
- New Auto Focusing system, The AF system is the most important part of a Mirrorless camera since they don’t have any external Phase AF module as of DSLRs. We hope this time canon should implement a Dual-pixel CMOS AF system.
- Design of the camera is expected to be more retro, similar to Olympus E-M series cameras.
