According to recent rumors Olympus may announce a TRIP-D design based big sensor compact camera soon, the sensor size and other specification is not known yet. The camera may have a M4/3 sensor with a retractable zoom lens, or they can move to bigger sensor sizes (like X100S and RX1 R) with fixed lens.
The Olympus TRIP-D was a very popular film camera from the ’60′s to the early ’80′s. If we look at history Olympus taking its old popular designs and putting new technology inside it, the Olympus PEN series, Olympus OMD… all are famous retro camera and finally new avatar of TRIP-D is also coming.

We told you earlier that Canon G2X / G1X II (Name is still not confirmed yet) Coming on 12th February (see here), the first image surfaced over the web and more to arrive as the announcement date is coming closer,
As from the image we can see a optional EVF is attached to the upcoming Canon G2X camera and optical viewfinder is finally removed, the body look slim as Canon G16 model.

Canon will announce several new products (compact & DSLRs) just one day before the CP+ show starts, according to latest rumors Canon G2X (name is still not confirmed yet.. it may be also called G1X Mark II) rumored to be announced on February 17th,

According to latest rumors, the AF-S Nikkor 35mm f/1.8G full frame lens coming on January 2014, We already have Nikon 35mm f/1.4G FX lens that cost $1,619, It seems like Nikon is trying to introduce affordable line-up of high quality lenses for entry level FX format users.

1. Nikon V3 Coming on CES 2014 – Nikon 1 V3 mirrorless camera coming in CES 2014, the upcoming camera will feature probably new sensor, the upcoming camera will design similar to Nikon P7800 pro-compact camera
2. Nikon D3300 – expected to announce in early 2014 and I think CES is the best place to announce new products worlddwide.
3. Big Sensor compacts from Nikon also expected to arrive in Q1 of 2014.
