Blackmagic announces a box-style Cinema 6K camera. The camera features a full-frame 6K sensor able to record up to 13 stops of dynamic range. The camera also features dual native ISO, a 4K HDR LCD touchscreen on the side of the camera that allows you to quickly alter the settings, whatever your needs may be. One of the most important features is connectivity – now you are getting 5G Wi-Fi connectivity as well as Ethernet ports for quick data transfer.
The camera records 6K videos at up to 36 frames per second in an open-gate format. It also supports anamorphic recording. It is available in Leica L mount and Canon EF mount. The camera records Blackmagic RAW and h.264 proxies.
