TNC Exclusive: As we all know Canon is continuously working on too improve the Eye AF tracking of their FF and APS-C sensor based camera. Now only for new cameras, in an recent firmware update they have upscaled the AF performance of the already announced Canon EOS R and Canon EOS RP camera.
We have confirmation that Canon is also working on animal Face tracking and Eye AF. We already have the patents related to that and we will soon update this post with more details.

According to latest rumors we have Tokina will soon announce the replacement of their highly popular 11-16mm F2.8 Lens. The name of the new lens is ATX-i 11-16mm f/2.8 CF.
The lens is highly popular among Canon and Nikon DSLR users, since it offers constant aperture through-out the zoom range and covers ultra-wide angle range.
The ATX-i 11-16mm f/2.8 CF lens is announcement is about to happen soon, shipping of the lens will start from November 2019. The price of the new Tokina 11-16mm F2.8 lens is $500 (approx).

Good news is Canon isn’t cannibalizing pro DSLR soon. According to rumors we have from rumor mill Canon is working on Canon 5D Mark V DSLR camera as well as Canon EOS R next iteration.
Canon 5D Mark V and Canon EOS R Mark II in Canon Internal Roadmap.

Let’s talk about Canon DSLR image stabilization, In past interviews Canon canon representatives told us that they do have the capability to add IS inside FF Mirrorless camera but due to cost and size issue they were not able to add it to EOS R. Now, we have the patents and in upcoming 1DX Mark III camera. I do hope and expect the DSLR maker engineers won’t have to face the size and price issue as they have in their FF Mirrorless camera. If they have the tech.. they will sure going to implement it on the upcoming Canon 1DX Mark III camera.

From the patents
An imaging apparatus comprising:
an image sensor configured to capture an object image formed through an imaging optical system;
an image stabilization unit configured to move the image sensor on a plane orthogonal to an optical axis in the imaging optical system; and
a controller configured to control a movement by the image stabilization unit, and to determine a moving center in the image stabilization unit based on information on the imaging optical system in an electronic preview mode used to observe an image signal about the object image based on an output from the image sensor.

Yes, that’s true Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop Banned in Venezuela. US government has just banned Adobe from allowing anyone in Venezuela to use Lightroom, Photoshop. Btw, professional photographers have to face major problems those who have habit of using Lightroom.. That clearly indicates photographers have to look at different options like Capture One Pro or Skylum Luminar.
Why Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop Banned in Venezuela ?
Adobe is following up US executive order issued in August that prohibits trade with the Venezuela. Adobe also updates terms-condition page on their website, take a look what TOS page says about this
The recent Executive Order of the US Government. UU. about Venezuela prohibits almost all transactions and services between US companies and entities and individuals in Venezuela. In order to comply with that order, Adobe will deactivate all accounts in Venezuela on October 29, 2019, with the exception of Behance. Customers who bought their products directly with Adobe will receive a refund before the end of the month for any paid and unpaid license period. We are working for our distributors to act in the same way. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause to our customers. We will share more details on how our operations and activities could be affected to our customers, as they become available.

So, We now have the sample images of the recently announced Nikon Z50 (B&H) mirrorless camera. Nikon Z50 mirrorless camera features newly designed 20 megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor from Nikon D500 or you can say Nikon D7500 camera. The camera features more than 200 autofocusing points and decent 4K video mode to capture high quality videos. Nikon Z50 is a mid-range entry level mirrorless camera from Nikon, and do have a decent core specification with class leading low light performance capability.
