After covering the 40% market share of image sensor world last year Sony now concentrating on industrial sector. According to latest news surfaced at Bloomberg the company is working with Nissan Motor Co. and also taking help from a Tokyo University professor to make a affordable technology that can process 1,000 images a second.
High-frame rate sensor do exist but the cost is too high and impractical for mass-market uses. The camera with high-frame rate cost start from $1000 to $100,000. But Sony is planning to make a affordable version of a high speed camera and shrink the high speed sensor into a camera module for to fit in a car’s rear-view mirror and wearable devices.

The Score of the RX10 II score is bit better than the RX10 and look very similar to RX100 M4 camera. Sony used same new stacked-type back-illuminated sensor in Sony Cyber-shot RX10 II as well as RX100 M4.
The RX10 II sensor score clearly out-performs the FZ1000 and Canon G3X, however the low-light performance of Canon G3X is noticeably good and better than Sony RX10.

It’s no doubt the Sony A7R II is better than Nikon D810. We can clearly see more details and better color output in the Sony image captured at 12800 ISO.
A quick Overview of Specification
Nikon D810 features traditional Fullframe CMOS sensor of 36 Megapixels resolution and on the other hand the Sony A7R II features Hybrid CMOS AF sensor with 399 Phase AF points and a resolution of 42 Megapixels.
Despite of having more resolution camera features ISO range of 50-102400, its may be due to the presence of back-illuminated structure inside the sensor but the Nikon D810 is limited to 32-51200 only.

Well, this Sony Alpha A7r Mark II vs. Canon EOS 5DSr comparison could help you in great way knowing the name of camera that is best in providing the excellent raw images. As we have laid our eyes in latest news surfaced online where they said that they used the third party lens Sigma ART 50mm f1.4 for this test and utilized the 100 ISO range for the ultimate high resolution war .
From CameraLabs:
the EOS 5DSr is a little more contrasty and the A7r II a little sharper, but both can be adjusted as desired.
A handful of photographers who make huge tonal adjustments in RAW may prefer Canon for its uncompressed RAW files, and I certainly wish Sony would offer an uncompressed RAW option just to satisfy a complete market, but personally speaking I’ve never had any issues with retrieving reasonable highlight or shadow details from Sony files. I’m satisfied the A7r Mark II and EOS 5DSr share essentially the same real-life resolving power.
