Nikon Registered a new EN-EL25 battery in Russia, the model code range the battery belongs to compact / Mirrorless series of camera and most probably Nikon upcoming compacts and DX format Mirrorless camera may use this battery.
We all know that Nikon ended up their compact line-up of camera a while ago. And after that they tried to introduce their DL compact range and due to some issues inside it the camera never arrived in the market.

The design below is of upcoming Nikon APS-C Mirrorless camera, this is not the first time we have published DX Mirrorless design . A week ago we have published more detailed design of the DX format Mirrorless camera you can see here. Nikon do have multiple patents of DX Format Mirrorless camera and it clearly indicates they working on it.

The DX Mirrorless Designs were filled on July 2018 and surfaced on web at August 2019. Not only DX Mirrorless Nikon also registered FX format Mirrorless cameras, however FX Mirrorless leaked designs are similar to Nikon Z6 and Z7. It’s look like Nikon upcoming Pro Mirrorless, most probably Nikon Z8 and Z9 camera design will remains similar to it’s previous models.

Nikon Registered a new camera at wireless certification agency and the model code of that camera is N1912. At the time we are writing this news we have very limited information about the N1912 mode.

Nikon registered a new camera at wireless certification agency at the model code of that camera is N1834. Now we have a total of 5 cameras registered at wireless certification agency and waiting to be announced.
Available details of the Registered model code
Nikon’s unpublished digital camera “N1834” passed FCC certification. Wi-Fi (IEEE802.11b / g / n) /Bluetooth4.1 installed. When calculating from the size of the wireless component and the distance to the antenna, the main body size is 130.87 width x 73.45 mm height?
Nikon Planning something big ?
Is Nikon planning something big ? They have 5 camera in the announcement pipeline. It’s really hard to tell anything at this moment, but they do have big plan for future.
If we look back at rumors, we have received information in the past that Nikon will be announcing a mirrorless camera at the end of this year [Mostly before Nov 2019]. A flasghip camera before Olympics and New range of APS-C Mirrorless camera in Q3 / Q4 of 2020.

According to the latest reports coming from trusted sources Nikon Registered 4 New Cameras at Wireless Certification agency. Unfortunately other than model code, Japanese sources doesn’t have much information.
Nikon upcoming model codes
- N1845 – Digital camera
- N1847 – Digital camera
- N1849 – Digital camera
- N1850 – Digital camera
Recent reports suggest Nikon is planning for a Development announcement at the end of November 2019. Most probably a Professional Grade Flagship camera, Nikon D6 or Nikon Z9 is coming for sure.
