So the big question is where Canon will going to use the wide angle compact zoom lens made for 1″ sensor based camera may be — Canon G3X Mark II ?
Canon G3X is announced weeks days ago so its too early to talk about the next version of the camera.
But if we look at the latest patent revealed by patent hunting blog egmai a Canon is working on lens by having similar focal-length of current G3X camera. So from the focal length of the lens we have no doubt in saying that the lens patent was developed for next version of G3X camera.

 On march 8, 2016 we have told you that Samsung discontinued the NX500 camera. Tokay we got the news that Samsung also discontinued its NX1 camera. Finally it’s look like the Samsung shutting down mirrorless camera business was true and NX1 discontinuation clearly tells us that Samsung is not interested on making any new NX camera.

Few months ago we have published a article – List of Camera and Lenses Coming Soon – February and March 2016, approx all the information written over the article related to future announcements of cameras was correct.
As we all know that Canon already announced 1dX Mark II camera, Canon 80D and who knows may be they are gearing up for next announcement of series of DSLRs including Canon 6D Mark II and Canon 5D Mark IV.
We are creating a list of camera that will arrive in 2016,
Canon 5D Mark IV – Canon 5D Mark III was announced 4 years ago ad its pupate is overdue. The next 5D series camera will arrive with a sight increase in resolution and addition of Dual-Pixel CMOS AF technology Canon will going to announce it’s next 4K capable DSLRs in 2016 possibly at NAB based on current rumor trends or may be at Aug/Sep of 2016.
Canon 6D Mark II – Canon 6D was announced on 17 September 2012, just a day before Photokina show on Sept 2012. The Canon 6D is approx 3 years 5 months old its update is also overdue. We hope this time again in 2016 Canon will select Photokina show to announce Canon 6D Mark II camera with advance core specification.
Canon SX70HS – Canon is lagging behind the meagzoom race after the announcement of Nikon P900 camera, we don’t know the exact delay behind the announcement of camera. However, according to a anonymous tipster Canon SX70HS will arrive on Sep 2016.
Mirrorless announcement – Canon is also rumored to announce three new camera this year, one of them will have 4K capability. More details here.

According to latest rumors Olympus is rumored to announce two new camera, the first rumored camera as (as we have told you earlier also) is Olympus IM001 and the other one is Olympus Sylus TG-Tracker.
The code name of a camera didn’t reveal anything so we do expect a mirrorless announcement from Olympus and the second camera is a compact camera.

 According to latest rumors floating over the web Canon will announce three new mirrorless camera in 2016.
Two of them will be APS-C and one of them will be fixed lens full-frame mirrorless camera Like Sony RX1R and Leica Q. The Full-frame mirrorless camera will have ability to record 4K video.

 We have done a extensive research to find out why Canon announced 1300D / T6 camera ? the camera features almost same core specification as of Canon 1200D except wireless connectivity. The core specification of Canon Rebel 700D and 1300D matches absolutely.
Now the worst part, Canon 1300D is still not able to compete with Nikon 1+ year old entry level DSLR camera Nikon D3300 ? Sony A58 also comes at approx same price point and gives you very advance core specification.
I agree upto a point that Canon 1300D is a budget camera but why anyone will going to buy 1300D when there are lot of better options available ?
