Canon 5D Mark IV is Not Coming in 2014? – Calumet (Canon Germany dealer) is saying – Purchase a Canon EOS 5D Mark III before 28 August 2014 and you’ll get an additional battery pack for free. * Should the successor, Canon EOS 5D IV, be released in 2014 we’ll take back your 5D III purchased during this promotional period.
We strongly believe that the Canon will implement its Dual Pixel AF technology to the upcoming 5DMark IV camera, that will increase the AF speed of the camera during still shooting, Very fast AF during live-view capture & Video Shooting.
The other major upgrade that Canon may introduce is 4K video capture, so the Dual-Pixel AF + 4K will be a perfect machine for pro photographers.
