According to latest rumors surfaced over the web Canon will soon announce entry level fullframe mirrorless camera Canon EOS RP with $1600 price tag. The camera will carry single card slot and may also miss the famous touch bar we have seen on the rear side of Canon EOS R camera.
The core specification of the camera isn’t know, but as the rumors suggest the camera will carry a modified version of Canon 6D Mark II sensor. Since, one of the prototypes of the camera was carrying a 26 Megapixel Fullframe CMOS Sensor at the time of registration.

Finally news coming out from from trusted sources that Canon will soon going to announce 4 news cameras. Now, at the moment we have 4 model names of the upcoming camera and out of these four camera we do know that PC2355 is actually Canon G7X Mark III. And we have already published the leaked images of the camera.

In an recent interview Canon president Fuji Mitarai said the following to Nikkei. Canon is now shifting its business focus away from consumer market. According to recent interview, they are shifting their business focus to corporate customers. Canon says, Camera application will increase in industrial fields such as surveillance and medical care. The Consumer Digital camera market will shrink more in next two years.
“In our company cameras have declined at around 10% a year (sales volume) in the past few years (combined with single lens reflex and mirrorless) The world market for interchangeable lens cameras is around 10 million, but decreased The mirrorless product is growing, but it is a replacement with a single lens reflex, it is not adding to the market as a whole ”
“People usually shoot with smartphones.The digital camera market will keep falling for about 2 years, but professional and high amateur (advanced) amateurs use about 5 to 6 million units.Finally there I will hit the bottom. ”

Canon EOS RP with 24 – 105 mm kit and Body Only Option is coming. Latest rumors coming from trusted sources suggest that Canon EOS RP camera is coming with a 24-105 mm kit lens and body only option. BTW, Canon registered three different SKU units, the third option may be Canon EOS R camera with EF Mount adapter.
