Update – Photokina 2014 is crossed now and no Canon MF solution announced
Canon is working on Medium Format camera and but they will not announce it until the new system is fully developed with Big bunch of High Quality Lenses, however the rumored date of new system announcement is Photokina 2014.

According to latest rumors Canon is testing two different prototypes of 7D Mark II DSLR, Both have 61 point AF system of 5D Mk III but different sensors, one prototype is having 20MP APS-C Senor and other equipped with 24MP APS-C Sensor, both sensor features Dual Pixel CMOS AF technology same as 70D DSLR, from current rumor one thing is sure that Upcoming 7D Mark II will have 61 Point AF system as of 5D Mark III,

Canon 7D Mark II specification leaked again, according to the rumor we may see more enhanced AF system compared to 70D, probably it will be a mini 1DX DSLR in terms of AF and low-light performance.
