DJI Action 6 is one of the most anticipated action cameras of 2025. DJI Action 5 Pro was already a very popular camera. Now, as per the initial reports we have published on our website, the Action 6 camera is coming with major upgrades inside. Recently, we received new images from a tester that show pairing the DJI Action 6 camera with a smartphone.
Exclusive Leak: DJI Action 6 Smartwatch Integration Revealed
One of the standout features rumored for the DJI Action 6 is its enhanced connectivity with the smartwatch you wear, so pairing up with a smartwatch will give you seamless extra control and data syncing during activities. Exclusive leaked images show the DJI Osmo Action 6 pairing up with a smartwatch, and you can clearly see the display showing “Osmo Action 6” on the watch screen.
The smartwatch will act as a remote control, so you can start or stop your camera recording. Also, you can switch to different modes without physically touching the camera. The best part is that while recording, the camera will overlay the recorded GPS data and integrate it into your videos in real time. Smartwatch connectivity in the camera depends on Bluetooth for data sharing.
The smartwatch integration is not new in the DJI ecosystem; those who have already used the Action 5 Pro camera know that overlay data is already supported in Apple Watch and Garmin, so for sure the Action 6 camera will take a step further in synchronization with these devices and provide more control over the data. Hence, this will make the DJI camera a top choice among athletes and professionals who love to monitor their data and adjust the camera on the fly, and the best part is all the essential data, like GPS, heartbeat, and oxygen monitor data, are available on the screen overlay.

GoPro action camera fans are super excited. GoPro today has posted a teaser where we can clearly see they are hinting at a major announcement on September 23, 2025, at 6:00 AM PT. As usual in the traditional teaser-style video, there are two cameras hidden in the silhouettes and obviously a tagline “9.23.25 | 6 AM PT | gopro.com.” Now we do know exactly what’s coming next from GoPro on September 23, so let’s explore that.

Lit HERO and MAX 2 Leaks, Specs, and What to Expect
A source recently sent an image, better to say a screenshot of accidentally uploaded upcoming GoPro cameras from the GoPro official website. Obviously, the camera in the middle, the HERO 13 Black, is already available from September 2024, but the most interesting part is the camera on the extreme left—it is the upcoming camera and the name is GoPro HERO Lit. It’s an update to the GoPro 4K camera, now with LED lights in the front. The camera on the extreme right side is GoPro MAX 2, a 360 camera from GoPro and an updated version of the original GoPro MAX, now coming with a large 1-inch sensor, and we have already shared a lot of details related to the camera in our previous post.

GoPro Lit HERO: A Bright, Affordable Entry into 4K Action
GoPro wants to expand its consumer base, and obviously, that’s why they are introducing a budget and reliable 4K action camera—the GoPro Lit. Without a doubt, the GoPro series already has a very established HERO lineup, but at the same time, they have to expand their consumer base and specifically create new products against the upcoming ultra-compact 4K POV cameras like the Osmo Nano, which is also about to arrive on the same day, this September 23, as well as Insta360 GO Ultra. Now take a look at the set of specifications we have related to the upcoming GoPro Lit HERO camera.
Rumored Specs and Features:
- Video Resolution: 4K at 30fps, 2.7K at 60fps for fluid slow-motion, and 1080p at 120fps.
- Photo Resolution: 12MP stills, loaded with burst modes for action shots.
- Low-Light Enhancements: New updated sensor, LED lights in the front of the camera body for brighter footage in dim conditions, and HDR support.
- Stabilization: Basic HyperSmooth technology to minimize shake during hiking or biking.
- Design and Durability: Waterproof to 10 meters (33 feet) without a case, compact size.
- Battery Life: Up to 2 hours of continuous recording.
- Connectivity: Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for quick app pairing and sharing via the Quik app.
- Price and Availability: Expected around $199–$299.
- Pre-orders start post-announcement, with shipping in October 2025.

GoPro MAX 2: Elevating 360 Video with 8K Resolution and AI Tools
The star of the show, the MAX 2, is the latest 360 camera from GoPro and offers 8K video recording capability. We have been covering the information on the MAX 2 for more than a few weeks and have published a lot of details related to the upcoming camera. Now it’s time to have a quick look at what’s coming inside the MAX 2.
Key Rumored Specs and Features:
| Category |
Details |
| Video Resolution |
8K 360-degree at 30fps, 5.7K at 60fps, with single-lens mode up to 4K. |
| Lenses and Design |
Replaceable glass lenses for easy repairs and customization; rugged, waterproof build to 5 meters; classic GoPro mounting with 1/4-inch thread. |
| Stabilization |
Advanced FlowState-like EIS with horizon lock for seamless footage in extreme sports. |
| Processor and AI |
New GP chip for faster processing; AI-powered Reframe tools for automatic subject tracking and dynamic editing in the Quik app. |
| Battery and Heat Management |
1,800mAh battery; improved cooling system with vents for longer recording sessions without overheating. |
| Audio and Connectivity |
Four microphones for spatial audio; Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and GPS for geotagging. |
| Additional Features |
Camera FX effects, cloud integration for editing, and compatibility with GoPro mods. |
| Price and Availability |
$400–$500, undercutting rivals like the Insta360 X5 ($549). Expected immediate availability post-reveal. |
Specifically, we have seen that GoPro has kept the design of the upcoming MAX 2 camera; to make it compatible for High-Res recording and manage internal heat, they have updated the design carefully by adding heat sink layers to the outer body of the camera, which makes it durable as well as heat-resistant at the same time. At the same time, GoPro’s CEO already hinted at the two different sets of camera announcements within 2025, and now we have it.
GoPro CEO Nick Woodman has recently said in an interview at Oppenheimer’s 28th Annual Technology Conference: – In the commentary, the company CEO noted:
“We expect to introduce two new cameras, including our Max 2 360 camera,” among the list of priorities for the rest of 2025.
It also silently indicates that the HERO 14 announcement has been delayed for now, and maybe it is coming sometime in the first quarter of 2026. As per the initial set of information, GoPro was expected to announce only two cameras in late 2025, but again, stay tuned for more information. If anything arises on our desk or message box, we will post it as soon as possible.

So we have some fresh leaks related to the DJI Osmo Nano, and the press leak is coming out from reliable sources. They have given us an exclusive peek of the retail packaging of the DJI Osmo Nano box for the first time, and believe me, this modular camera is a game-changer. Whatever the specifications we have received right now from this source are absolutely true. Now if you look at the retail packaging, it reveals major specifications of the DJI Osmo Nano camera as well as the accessories that could make this particular modular action camera a game changer. But what secret does the box hold, and why is no one talking about the missing front panel? Let’s dive in.

First Look: DJI Osmo Nano Box Images and What’s Inside
Our source shared hands-on photos of the DJI Osmo Nano retail box, and in the retail box, you can clearly see it is showcasing the specification side as well as the content panel. But you will surely miss the front artwork, which might be something deliberate tease or just how the leak surfaced. Now, based on the images, here is what we find out:
Sensor and Video Specs: You are getting a brand new 1/1.3-inch CMOS sensor, and the camera supports 4K video recording up to 60 frames per second. At the very same time you are also getting a massive 143° ultra-wide field of view (FOV)—perfect for immersive action shots without distortion.
Color Performance: 10-bit D-Log M mode, so when recording in 10-bit, you get a higher latitude video file that preserves the data of shadows and highlights, so later you can color grade in a better way by exploring more dynamic range in your videos.
Design Highlights: Lightweight build with a dual-sided magnetic system for quick attachments. And the best part is it can be attached to any steel that attracts a magnet, and starts recording silently.
In the Box Contents:
- Camera
- Multifunctional Vision Dock (for stabilized multi-angle shooting)
- Protective Case
- Magnetic Hat Clip
- Magnetic Lanyard
- Dual-Direction Magnetic Ball-Joint Adapter Mount
- USB-C 3.1 Cable
- Documentation (quick start guide, warranty info)

The packaging text also promotes DJI Care Refresh for low-cost repairs and includes QR codes for app downloads on iOS and Android. Multilingual support (English, Chinese, French) directly hints at a global rollout, with underwater resistance mentioned in the fine print—could this mean built-in waterproofing up to 20 meters? And if it is yes then for sure it’s a remarkable camera with such a tiny body and the ability to record approximately 2 hours of video. You can also do some underwater stuff without any worries.
The best part is all these details that have surfaced via the retail box align exactly with the information we have shared with you. As you also know just before, an Adorama store accidentally leaked the pricing of these, and we have already published the core specifications of the DJI Osmo a while ago from our trusted sources. Kodak, a leading brand in compact cameras, has announced a new market sensation, the Kodak Blind Box Camera. This tiny marvel, officially known as the Kodak Charmera Keychain Digital Camera. Just after the announcement of this camera, it has almost sold out in all the stores, except for a few. In this article, we have covered all the details. Searching for the Kodak camera keychain digital camera? You have come to the right place. Before we begin, let me tell you that this particular camera is actually inspired by a 1980s Kodak disposable camera, known as the blind box edition. Kodak is continuing the blind box series even in the digital age. The small, tiny camera brings a fun element of surprise to photography enthusiasts. In this detailed review we will explore everything, starting from the design part of the camera and the features that actually matter, the real-world performance and all this helps you decide whether you should pick this up and if it is worth adding to your key ring collection or not.

What is the Kodak Blind Box Camera?
The Kodak Blind Box Camera actually refers to the packaging and distribution style of the Kodak camera series, which is sold as blind boxes for around $30 each or as a set of 6 full collections. The box contains one of seven random colour profile-based cameras, so you can pick any of those you like, since we’re getting 7 cameras inside it, and the best part is adding mysteries to the entire excitement. You will also get a classic yellow Kodak-inspired look with some vibrant colours, so that’s the most popular camera right now if you have to add to your collection. Some people are saying it’s kind of a marketing stunt by the Reto Project, since the company licensed by Kodak to produce these. But the fact of the matter is, either it has been produced by the Reto Project or by Kodak itself, it is one of the most popular cameras right now, and it’s completely out of stock in most places and not available till November 2025.
Don’t get confused; the camera is not just a toy. It is actually a fully functional digital camera, and, like a pack of gum, it is very small. It completely mimics the experience of a single-use film camera, with some modern twists inside. While just after announcing it, it has become viral on social media, and it has been sold more than 10 times more than expected by the camera maker. This Kodak Blind Box Camera bridges the gap between analogue charm and digital convenience.
back of the camera with a display screen
Design and Build: Retro Charm in a Tiny Package
Opening a Kodak Blind Box Camera is half the fun. First of all, I have to say about the packaging: the inner box has been branded with a Kodak signature yellow colour and it looks highly attractive. Now, inside each of the Charmera cameras features a retro-style compact body with funky bold colours, simple button layouts and a tiny mini viewfinder that obviously is of no use but it will at least guide you in the framing of the composition.
Key design highlights include:
- Size and Portability: Very tiny, compact and highly attractive at first look. This is also known as the Kodak camera keychain, one of the digital cameras on the market. But, don’t get confused with the keychain name, since it’s a fully functional camera.
- Build Quality: It’s durable and not fragile; the body is made up of hard plastic, and it feels sturdy when you touch it with your hands, just you have to take care of the lens part for scratches when you’re using it roughly in day-to-day use as a keychain.
- Variants: You’re already getting all the 7 variants in the box, from classic Kodak yellow to pastel pinks and blues, each evoking a different era of photography.
Keep in mind the budget ultra-compact Kodak camera is not waterproof, like the action cameras we have, so do not think about using it underwater.

Features and Specifications: More Than Meets the Eye
The tiny little camera, packed with a full set of features and an extensive core specification, just look at the set of core specifications you are getting inside your KODAK CHARMERA Keychain Digital Camera Blind Box Single Box:
| Feature |
Details |
| Sensor |
1.6MP 1/4″ CMOS sensor |
| Lens |
35mm equivalent, f/2.4 aperture |
| Resolution |
Photos: 1440 x 1080 (JPEG); Video: 1440 x 1080 at 30fps |
| Storage |
Supports microSD cards from 1GB to 128GB (not included; internal storage for up to 2 images) |
| Filters and Effects |
7 vintage filters, 4 custom Kodak frames, date stamp option |
| Battery |
Rechargeable via USB-C (cable included); up to 30 minutes of continuous use |
| Display |
Tiny rear LCD for previewing shots |
| Modes |
Photo, video recording, and playback |
One of the interesting things is that you are also getting customisable frames and filters inside the camera that will give you an authentic Kodak film look, specifically warm tones, vignettes, and retro borders. And you will be surprised to know that you can also record small clips of videos alongside the audio input. In the camera, you also get an option to add date and time to your images, like timestamps, which is perfect for journaling or scrapbooking.
Now the connectivity is very easy—you just plug it into your computer via USB and easily transfer all the files or clips that you have recorded inside the camera, no app required. It’s a direct file-to-file transfer, and later on, you can add it wherever you like. It’s kind of an app-free thing, so no need to worry about compatibility. For a Kodak camera keychain digital camera, it’s really surprisingly versatile if we look at the size of the camera, the price it’s available for and the set of features we are getting, supporting both stills and motion without complicated menus.
 Kodak keychain camera sample image
Performance: How Does It Hold Up in Real Use?
Yes, we are getting 1.6 MP of resolution, which clearly means it’s not its main strength. If you are looking for a true rival of your smartphone, then you have to look at a different set of cameras available in that similar price range, but this Kodak Blind Box Camera comes at a super budget range, tiny in size, and it’s all about embracing imperfections. The photos that you capture from this camera are dreamy, have a noticeable amount of grain while shooting indoors, which makes them highly authentic, and the camera adds a flavour of old film look, specifically the colours that pop while capturing outdoors, or in perfect light conditions, is a signature vibrant colour of the Eastman Kodak Gold Film 200.
Video performance is basic: You are getting 30fps at 1440×1080 resolution, captures smooth motion for short clips, and the audio input you’re getting is tinny from the built-in mic. The viewfinder there is to guide you for compositional framing, and the best part is that in such a budget range, we are also getting a little display screen on the rear side of the camera.
Battery life: The built-in battery allows you to capture 50-100 photos per charge. The battery life also depends on your usage—if you’re recording a lot of short clips, then it may end quickly. Recharging takes about an hour, making it easy to top up on the go.
Pros:
- Affordable and collectible, with the blind box adding excitement.
- Fun retro filters and frames enhance creativity.
- Ultra-portable as a Kodak camera keychain digital camera.
- No learning curve—point, shoot, and enjoy.
Cons:
- Low resolution limits print quality. Only for social media or digital sharing.
- Limited storage without a microSD card.
- Viewfinder is more decorative than practical.
- Sold out quickly, though preorders are on the horizon.
A perfect tiny little camera for having fun with photography, and at the very same time it will keep you associated with the Kodak retro colours.

Where to Buy Kodak Blind Box Camera
The super quick sellout of the Kodak Blind Box Camera isn’t surprising. It was quite expected from the makers to do so, but what was not expected is the 10 times pre-orders that they have received for this camera, and the estimated wait time in the B&H store is now written as November 2025. So you can also check yourself for its stock status on the different online stores, but fortunately, we do have some stock left at the other Adorama Store.
KODAK CHARMERA Keychain Digital Camera Blind Box Single Box (1PC)
If you’re eyeing one, check the official Kodak Reto site for preorders. Sets of six guarantee all designs, making it ideal for collectors.
Is the Kodak Charmera Worth It?
The Kodak Blind Box Camera, embodied in the Charmera Kodak camera keychain digital camera, is a delightful blend of nostalgia, so don’t think about its usability or how it is going to perform against your smartphone; it’s just a plain set of emotions that you can feel directly in your heart. The DJI Mini 5 Pro was announced just 2 days ago, on September 17, 2025. It is an ultralight category drone with a C0 marking and features a large 1-inch sensor, LiDAR for enhanced obstacle avoidance. So apart from all these great features, we also have extended recording time, as with the Plus battery, you can push the flight up to 52 minutes. Now, as we are already getting the set of pro features with the drone and all under 250 grams, that was the most impressive marketing thing done by DJI itself and without doub,t most of the reviewers, those who used the drone specifically from TechRadar and Digital Camera World, are really very much impressed with the video quality and performance of the drone. All these are available at the starting price of $749 USD.

Problem starts when people started buying it from the retail stores and on the weighing scale the drone was showing 1 to sometimes 2 grams extra, and for that reason when we received a lot of complaints from the subscribers/users of the drone then we created the post dedicated for the weight issue that may create a problem for a general user if he is flying the drone in the restricted area or without license. So if you want to explore what could happen if you fly a slightly overweight drone like the Mini 5 Pro, you can explore our latest article

The 2g of Overweight is due to
The real culprit behind this increased weight issue is the oversized speaker module used by DJI in the drone. During the teardown of the drone, it has been revealed by a user that the DJI Mini 5 Pro’s weight issues are actually being generated due to the heavy speaker module used inside the drone. Let’s look at the teardown of the drone to understand it in a better way.
Weight-Saving Heroics: DJI Pulled Off
DJI did perfect homework in saving the weight of the drone. During the teardown, a lot of things have been reviewed. First, we will talk about how DJI, after a lot of weeks, put their effort into making this drone lightweight:
- Ultra-Light Heatsink and Thermal Management: This time, they are using a graphite sink unit. Earlier in the Mini 4 Pro, they used an aluminium heatsink unit. ~1.5g more saved by adopting the new heatsink unit.
- Flexible GPS Antenna and PCB Tweaks: They have also updated the antenna designs. Now, these times they are bendable, foil-printed GPS modules that actually replace rigid boards, saving 0.8g and improving signal in urban canyons.
- Screw and Shielding Hacks: We now have tiny titanium-coated aluminium screws, so no more steel screwsare being used in the drone. That also saves a lot of weight (down from steel) and copper foil tape instead of full metal EMI shielding—another 1g trimmed.
- Battery Consistency: The standard battery weight remains the same, which is 77.5g, so again it is not a variation or overweight standard battery issue. Even the Plus battery (pushing total AUW to 290g+) is optimised, but that’s a separate story for extended flights.
So, as you can see, DJI has made an enormous effort from their side to keep the drone under 250 grams in weight, and they have also received the CO certification of Europe, which satisfies that this drone is under 250 grams, but in reality, everyone, when testing on their weighing scal,e finds out the drone weighs a bit more.

The Actual Cause: Oversized speaker assembly
The big elephant in the room is actually the oversized speaker assembly. Now it may be sourced straight out from the remaining parts (likely a Neo or Flip leftover).. It’s a full module with plastic housing and mounting screws weighing more than 2.1 grams.
- Why is the speaker there? The heavy speaker has been used in the DJI Mini 5 Pro drone just to create some jingles, so it has no actual use, but it enhances the user experience with its alert noise. They can easily reduce the size of the next generation of mini 5 Drones by using lightweight speakers from the previous generation of drones.
So in this drone, the DJI Mini 5 Pro, everything is super perfect and very much impressive for a 250 gram drone, but unfortunately, the size/weight of the drone grows, specifically due to the large speaker module in the camera. So let’s see what happens next in the next lot—will DJI learn from its past mistakes and implement in the future tablets and pieces? Only time can tell.

Now, before we jump to the set of information, let me tell you one thing: at thenewcamera.com, we are continuously tracking information related to the Sony A7V camera, whether it comes from insider email leaks or any other source. We are continuously analyzing and posting the specifications on our website. In this article, we have calibrated with all the possible sets of credible information that is available to us till date that is October 2025, so if you are searching for the Sony A7V specification, then obviously this is the ultimate resource for you, where we have kept everything in text, starting from the release date, features, pricing and the release date.
Latest Sony A7V Rumors: What’s New in October 2025?
Let’s discuss the recent information that has surfaced regarding the Sony A7V camera announcement. The Sony A7V camera is expected to be released in October or November 2025.
Analysis of Recent Information:See the timeline that the source has said is not different from the rumors that we are getting from the past, that in late 2025 or maybe in the first quarter of 2026, the announcement is possible; however, the rumor mill still failed to give us any specific date or confirmed specification. To this date, neither specs nor an exact date are available.
Specifically, if we see the insider leaked letter that we published a while ago, it also mentions the late 2025 or early 2026 timeline, but again, this particular information was shared by Andrea of Sony Alpha Rumors, who obviously shares correct information most of the time. I am going to rate this info 8/10.
However, the delay is occurring specifically due to the new tariff imposed by the US government, as well as the high demand for existing models; these are the two big reasons behind the delay of the announcement of the Sony A7V camera.
Sony A7V Release Date: Timeline Breakdown
Sony’s constant delay in the announcement of the Sony A7V camera model is creating market fatigue, most of our subscribers those who are waiting for the A7V camera specifically for their cinematography/professional content creation work are now inclined to use the Nikon ZR camera, since they are very much impressed with the new design, specifically the display screen as well as the video core specification. Sony should announce the A7V asap, to avoid consumer base migration to a different brand.

Why the Sony A7V Could Dominate 2025
The Sony A7V camera can emerge as a powerhouse for photographers as well as video creators. Earlier, it was expected that the A7V camera would arrive in mid-2025, but some unconditional delay is occurring, and that’s completely not normal. Maybe we have a major technical upgrade inside the camera, and that will continue to dominate the sales for the next 2 to 3 years. Just like the Sony A7III camera did in 2018, it dominated the sales and helped Sony to become the mirrorless market leader.
