According to Hasselblad game changer in the world of photography is yet to arrive, you can look at the teaser image of the upcoming camera uploaded by Hasselblad on its FacebookPage. We don’t have much details but there is a possibility that upcoming camera will be a new mirrorless camera compatible with the existing Hasselblad MF lenses OR we may see a completely new product.

According to latest rumors Hasselblad is ready to announce new camera on next week on June 22 or June 23. I just hope this time we don’t see a again re-branded Sony or Panasonic Camera. As we have already seen a bunch of re-branded camera from Hasselblad already that includes Hasselblad Lunar and Hasselblad Stellar cameras.
We were the first website to told you that Hasselblad is planning to announce several new products this year, just few days after the rumor Hasselblad announced H6D 50c and H6D 100c camera by having 50 MP and 100MP CMOS sensor respectively.
The announcement is not completed yet, the camera company is in the mood to announce more new products this year. However, the sales of Hasselblad Lunar completely stopped now and the Hassy may announce replacement for the same. So we may see a complete breakthrough by Hasselblad this year instead of re-branding Sony cameras, they may be a square sensor based MF camera or Hasselblad Digital X-Pan.

According to the latest News coming from Financial Times (March 20, 2016) the company is ready to announce many new products this year. Financial Times journalist Jonathan Margolis, who has seen New cameras at Hasselblad headquarters in Götheborg, wrote on March 20, 2016:
“Without breaking the news embargo, I can say confidently that, in the case of one wholly new model in particular, photography fans will be over the moon.”
