Olympus is rumored to announce a new lens 17mm F1.2 PRO, the lens is expected to arrive with the Olympus E M10 Mark III camera. Based on the information we have received in past the Olympus E-M10 III was coming before Aug, but before few weeks of announcement of any camera we usually get lot of leaked images and specs. At this moment we don’t getting any details, So we expect that the announcement time may have been pushed further to Sept or Oct. We will update you soon as we get any new information.

Canon EOS M100 is going to be the name of Canon upcoming Mirrorless camera. The Canon EOS M100 camera is successor of Canon EOS M10. Earlier it was expected that Canon EOS M20 is coming.

It’s really a first time before formal announcement of camera we are witnessing image comparison. The Nikon D850 camera official announcement is expected on Wednesday. The camera specification is already known to us and the expected price is going to be around $3600.

I do not have the camera. I did hold it, snap a couple pics of my wife, deleted them (too much detail). I did not have the opportunity to really dissect the camera. A family member works for a company in the industry. I was totally surprised that they had one. It felt solid, but compared to my Df it was huge.

One more leaked image of Nikon D850 camera surfaced over the web. The image was uploaded on digicamera.net by user Hel_NiS.

Nikon done a bit complex patent, in the image above you can see that Nikon is working on compact Mirrorless system with Hybrid sensor. The figure shows the camera adopt a Hybrid AF adapter built in Pellicle (Transparent) Mirror and a dedicate phase AF module. With the use of Hybrid AF adapter Mirrorless system camera will get converted into DSLR system.
The AF adapter will compensate the flange distance and will allow you to use traditional DSLR lenses in your APS-C or FF Mirrorless camera.
Nikon Hybrid Sensor for Mirrorless Camera
The image taken from Nikon patent document that shows a Hybrid PDAF sensor. We do expect that the upcoming cameras (including DSLRs and Mirrorless) will feature Hybrid sensor for enhanced AF support.
