Pentax KP announced today and the specification camera features isn’t a surprise for our regular readers since we are the first website to tell you the Pentax KP Can see in Dark, Features ISO Sensitivity of 819200.
Pentax KP core specification secures it place to be called one of the best APS-C sensor DSLRs to be present at moment. We have no obligation to say that the KP is fully capable to compete against the Nikon D500 and Canon 7D Mark II.
But the biggest fallback of the camera is it doesn’t carry 4K video recording mode. Even as a Still photographer I want a full capable camera in my hand. I don’t want technology should limit my creativity.
Sensor
The Pentax KP camera features newly developed 24 megapixels CMOS sensor and powered by PRIME IV Image processor. The combo allows Pentax KP to boost ISO 819200, even 1 stop more than Sony A7S II camera.
5 axis IS II
The Pentax KP is the first APS-C DSLR to feature 5-Axis Shake Reduction System. The 5 axis IS system work horizontal and vertical shift, roll, as well as pitch and yaw. The camera allow you to use shutter speed as much as five shutter steps down then the standard one.
Pixel Shift Resolution
The other big features is pixel shift resolution that creates big composite files of super resolution images. The camera system uses sensor shake mechanism to create high MP files on the go.
A lot more
original AA filter simulator, Compact, portable body perfect for snapshots, with a weather-resistant structure for harsh outdoor shooting

The Pentax Sensor is capable to record Stills and Full HD videos even in 0.27 to 1.0 lux. The pentax camera can capture high-quality images of things the human eye cannot see.

Well the top image of the camera allow you to see the colossal amount of control offered by the DSLR camera. We are comparing all the three best mid range DSLRs available right now to find out the best of them, specification of a camera does matter but at the end image quality is important of all.
Out of all the three DSLR the Pentax K70 features inbuilt image stabilization system to reduce camera shake up to 4 stops. The other big advantage Pentax is giving us the high ISO range upto 204800, whereas the Canon 80D and Nikon D7200 remains limited to 25600 and 102400. But does the highest range is really useful let’s find out in the high ISO test below
From the High ISO test image we can see clearly that Pentax K70 is giving out better performance compared to the other two competitors in the road.
In the test samples you can see the word “A6” written in the image is hardly visible @ ISO range 25600 in most of the samples. But at the same time Pentax K70 is trying preserve more details compared to the other two.
From all the three images we can see that the Pentax is doing well in the High ISO Test. The image of the Canon 80D look bit under-exposed compared to the other two.
At ISO 25600 all the images are unusable, but at the same time we can see the Pentax k70 to preserve More details compared to the Canon 80d and Nikon D7200.

Introducing the Pentax K-70
Since its announcement in early June the release of the Pentax K-70 has been eagerly awaited. This was especially true for someone still cradling a near on six-year-old K-5. The K-70 is a midrange DSLR that succeeds the K-50 which came out in mid-2013. As a cost performance option for many shooters its market segmentation should fill the gap nicely below the roundly praised full frame K-1 and enthusiast grade K-3 II. As someone who regularly spends extended periods outdoors, often in environments not overly befitting to kind handling, a rugged, well-built body was a must. The K-70 boasts an impressive 100 weather seals which should serve it well when the going gets rough. In a similar vein to the K-3 II, the K-70 also operates responsively in cold weather at temperatures down to -10°C (14°F). At release today Ricoh is offering the K-70 in two color options including silver or in a traditional black finish. Let’s take a look at why this camera is making some ripples in the Pentaxian world.
