Nikon D600 Sensor is Made by Sony


Latest teardown of Nikon D600 at Chipworks confirmed that sensor inside the D600 camera is made by Sony , the image above you see is of D600 sensor . Latest announced DSLRs, such as Nikon D800 and D600 uses Sony Sensor, Nikon D4 and Nikon D3200 uses sensor made by Nikon.

Firmware Update for Nikon D800 and Nikon D600 Coming Soon [Rumor]

Nikon D600Nikon D600 and Nikon D800 have some software bugs, to fix them Nikon will soon announce a new firmware update to resolve the issue.

The D600 upcoming software update will fix the Live View aperture bug, at present if you are using D600 Live View, you cannot change the aperture.

The D800 update will fix the focus priority bug (with AF-ON in Live View changing the aperture causes the screen to turn dark)
