The Insta360 Antigravity A1 drone is coming on December 4, and just before its arrival, we have the exact pricing figures of the drone and its bundles alongside the bundled images, the exact details that you may be waiting to read out. Additionally, we have compared the Antigravity A1’s available set of core specifications with those of the DJI Avata 360 drone. If you are interested in checking out the comparison, here is the link. But before that, let’s discuss the exact pricing of the drone and the bundles.
An Australian retailer has accidentally leaked the information, and from those details, we have come to know that the pricing starts at $1500 AUD for the Standard Bundle. But you don’t have to worry a bit, since a little of our research has shown there is approximately 40% higher price tax over the Insta360 products than the USA equivalent. So, breaking down the actual price of the Antigravity A1, the bundle details, and everything is sorted out in the next two paragraphs.

So we have three custom-tailored bundles for Insta360 Antigravity A1 drone lovers: Standard, Explorer, and Infinity.
Key highlights from the leak:

Insta360 Antigravity A1 Specs: Why This 8K 360 Drone Changes Everything
Looking at the Insta360 Antigravity A1 drone, it actually appears to be a golden ticket for creating 360 videos in the United States of America, as it doesn’t come with the ban trouble or any other associated issues. So even if Avata 360 seems to be better, we also don’t have much option left, since after December 2023 it will be harder—nearly impossible—for us to access DJI drones via linear methods. Specifically for those who love to create aerial 360 content, the Insta360 Antigravity A1 is the best and only option available right now, particularly in the United States of America.

If you are a filmmaker, doin aerial cinematography, or better to say professional working cinematographer or even a farmer using Agras series drones, or an wedding cinematographer, or even as a hobbyist or a content creator in any way — if you are connected to DJI drones, then for sure, the clock is ticking louder than ever, coming close to December 23, 2025. The deadline is literally less than a month
The potential US DJI drone ban under the FY25 National Defence Authorisation Act (NDAA) looms as a game-changer for the $116 billion drone industry. So, we are evaluating every possibility and associated data. We have also analysed here the way in which common citizens and DJI Owners those who love DJI products, can contribute their effort to protect the presence of DJI in the United States of America.
The Latest on the DJI Drone Ban: What’s New Since Our Last Post?
Take a look at the fresh set of updates. We have related to the DJI ban that is coming on December 23, 2025.:
- Deadline Details and Audit Stalemate: So, here we have a situation where the NDAA ( National Defence Authorisation Act ) requires a formal national security audit by agencies like the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or the Department of Defence (DoD) by December 23, 2025. Without it, DJI (and potentially Autel) will be auto-added to the FCC’s “Covered List.” Adding them to the Covered list will mean that, effectively, halting all new sales, imports, firmware updates, and even app functionality in the US (which also means removal of the DJI app from Apple and Google Play Store in the USA). As of today (Nov 23), no audit has been initiated as sources report – despite DJI’s repeated pleas for a “thorough, transparent” review.
- Recent Escalations: On November 21, 2025, DJI (the world’s top drone maker) dropped an urgent public alert via social media and its website, basically saying: “US pilots and users—time’s running out! Tell Congress and agencies NOW to finish the security review before December 23, or we’ll face an automatic ban on new drones and gear. Your jobs, hobbies, and communities depend on it.” This isn’t hype — Obviously, if they miss the audit deadline, then DJI will pay the price as well as those who are actually using the drone, and there will be an automatic ban starting from December 23, adding it to the FCC Covered List, blocking import, sales, and even retroactive approval for recent models like the Mini 5 Pro, which is not officially available in DJI stores in the USA for sale. So finally, no more new drones on sale. Maybe the impact will also occur on the cameras and other related accessories — we have to think of that. Starting from search and rescue operations, farming, Hollywood shoots, as well as backyard fun, approximately 70 to 90% of the drones are powered by DJI. If it gets banned, the alternatives are not available yet.
- Positive Notes for Existing Owners: The good news is that at least the drones we have already purchased in the United States of America are Safe. For at least now no mass confiscations or deactivations of pre-ban drones.
- The FCC has clarified a 30-day public comment period before enforcement, but before they actually start stopping people from using or selling them, they will wait 30 days so everyone (companies, pilots, normal people) can send their opinion and say “please don’t do this” or “yes do this.” and we have shared details how you can save DJI from Dec 23 ban in the later part of the article. The Period will start after December 23, but best to act before.
- A clever move by DJI for US-based Consumers: The DJI’s November 17 geofencing update. Before the update, the geofencing was very strict, and once you reached near a geofence area or no-fly zone—specifically like an airport or restricted area—then the drone’s GPS would get blocked or force a return if you were too close to the restricted area. And specifically, there was no option to fly in the restricted zone. But after the update, there are no more retro or strict locks when you enter those areas. An enhanced warning zone pop-up will appear in the DJI Fly app, saying that “Hey, this is risky. Don’t fly here unless you are sure it’s legal.” So here, after the November 17 update, you will decide whether you should enter and fly in a zone or not. It’s not the geofencing that will decide. By this, DJI is being helpful so even if the December 23 ban appears and if the USA becomes a no-fly zone for drones, a warning will only appear on your screen, and that’s a really helpful thing done by DJI for now for US consumers. Otherwise, the retro lock would prevent all the drones from flying in a restricted space.
These updates underscore the ban’s real-world stakes: not just lost profits, but lives at risk in search-and-rescue ops where DJI dominates 80-95% of public safety fleets.
Why This Matters: Updated Impacts on Filmmakers, Businesses, and Everyday Users
The DJI drone ban 2025 isn’t abstract—it’s a direct hit to your toolkit. Building on our prior analysis:
| Sector |
Key Impacts |
Estimated Cost (2025 Figures) |
| Filmmaking & Content Creation |
Loss of 8K Hasselblad cams, ActiveTrack, and affordable aerials; indie budgets balloon from $2K/drone to $15K+ alternatives. Affects 450K jobs. |
$116B economy-wide |
| Public Safety |
Grounded fleets in 20+ states; Austin PD faces $120K replacements. Delays in firefighting/surveillance could cost lives. |
$200M in Florida alone |
| Agriculture & Inspections |
Crop monitoring halts; US drones cost 2x more. Hits utilities/construction SMBs. |
2/3 of businesses disrupted |
| Hobbyists & Holiday Buyers |
No new Mini 4 Pros or Neos post-ban; existing gear viable but parts-scarce. |
N/A |
Ripple Effect: A potential ban could wipe out up to 460,000 US jobs. Okay, first of all, we have to understand this is not just a hype — it is actually backed by a study done in 2023 by John Dunham and Associates, which is now being updated in recent DJI filings, which actually shows the DJI ecosystem fuels $116 billion in annual US economic activity. So banning the drones will have real ripple effects in the US economy, cutting out a lot of jobs and upscaling the basic aerial shot cost. Not only that, it will also deeply affect automated farming activities and rescue operations.
How US Citizens Can Help DJI: Your Guide to Fighting the Ban
You asked about DJI’s social media pleas—yes, they’ve been vocal on X and beyond, framing the ban as “baseless” and urging collective action. No full prohibition yet, but DJI (via partners) is rallying users. Here’s how you can help prevent the DJI drone ban 2025:
Simple Steps: How to prevent DJI from getting banned
Right now there’s still time to stop the DJI ban.

The Black Friday Deal 2025 is for all, whether you are a Prime member or not eligible for the discount, but if you want to get an additional $60 off upon approval of the no-annual-fee Amazon Visa Card (more details below). If you’re thinking of buying the DJI Mini 4K drone this Black Friday, and if you’re able to also apply for the Amazon Store Visa Card offer, then you will get an additional $60 discount over the $239 Price, so the overall price you pay at the end is $179. The method of getting an extra discount is explained below
Table of Contents
- Introduction to the DJI Mini 4K
- Key Features of the DJI Mini 4K
- How to Get the DJI Mini 4K for $239
- Why This $239 Deal Is Unmissable
- Comparing the DJI Mini 4K to Competitors
- Conclusion
Why the DJI Mini 4K Is a Must-Buy Drone
The DJI Mini 4K is a compact, lightweight drone under 249 grams. And if you want a hassle-free drone without putting yourself in the trouble of getting approval every time you want to fly your high-quality 4K drone, then this one fits best in your requirements. And the most important part is the budget factor — it’s available at under a $300 price tag.
So let’s have a look at its features and why we think this one is the best available at under a $300 price tag:
- High-Quality 4K Ultra HD Camera – The drone captures stunning 4K 30 fps video with a 1/2.3-inch sensor and it also supports RAW photos for advanced visual editing.
- 3-Axis Gimbal Stabilizer – With the help of the stabilizer, the drone can record super smooth footage during flight.
- 31 Minutes of Flight Time – That’s what DJI claims, but when I was using this drone, I was able to get a flight time of approximately 25 to 28 minutes, so the real-world usage is approximately somewhere in between 25 to 28 minutes.
- 10 km Transmission Range – That’s really huge. You can fly in approximately. 10 km radius, which is approximately 6.2 miles. And even then, you are getting approximately full HD direct video feed from the drone. So this is really remarkable technology, specifically developed by the DJI O2 system.
- Other Intelligent Features –
- No FAA Registration Required – And the most important feature that I want to discuss lastly is — no FAA registration is required. Since this feature drone falls under the 250-gram category, you don’t have to take any additional sort of permission while flying this drone.
How to Get the DJI Mini 4K for $239
The DJI Mini 4K is available at $239 through two different offers as of November 2025. We have two options, so let’s explore them one by one:
Option 1 – Black Friday Discount Available for All Members
How to Get It – You have to visit Amazon.com and simply buy the drone, no need to buy additional Prime membership or anything., its a flat discount over the price available to all. The drone is sold by AeroTech Hub USA — it’s a trusted third-party seller on Amazon.com, so you don’t have to worry about that.
Price: $239 (down from $299).
Eligibility: No Specific eligibility / offer limited to redident of USA
Option 2 – Amazon Visa $50 Instant Discount
Price: $239 after an instant $60 discount upon approval for the Amazon Visa card.
Eligibility: Open to all customers (Prime membership not required for the discount, but recommended for additional rewards).
How to Get It:
-
- Apply for the no-annual-fee Amazon Visa during checkout (approval takes ~15 seconds).
- Upon approval, the $60 discount is automatically applied, reducing the price from $299 to $239.
- Purchase from AeroTech Hubs on Amazon.
Bonus Perk: New cardholders may receive a $50-$150 Amazon Gift Card upon approval, depending on the current offer, usable for future purchases.
Important: The Amazon Visa has a variable APR of 19.49%–28.24%, so pay off the balance to avoid interest. A hard credit inquiry may slightly impact your credit score.
Why This $239 Deal Is Unmissable
At $239, the DJI Mini 4K is the perfect drone you can ever buy at its price point. And also, let’s explore other factors why you should invest in the Mini 4K if you’re interested in buying a drone camera:
- Limited Stock – X posts and other website reports mention that the DJI drone inventory is limited at this price point due to US tariffs imposed on Chinese-made drones.
- Potential DJI Ban – According to the latest rumors, we have US restrictions coming that make this a now-or-never deal. Since we are expecting some sort of ban from the US government on other Chinese drones specifically, so this whole situation is making it a kind of now-or-never deal. And specifically if you are going to check other websites like B&H Store, they are completely out of stock of the DJI Mini 4K drone.
- Value for Money – Obviously, if you are getting a 31-minute flight time DJI drone with 4K Ultra HD video recording capability — and if you are going to check out the lower-end models like the DJI Mini 3, which is still available at $469 — then you will know that this one is the best drone available at its price point.
Comparing the DJI Mini 4K to Its Competitors
Let’s explore what else you can get if you are willing to pay a bit more:
- DJI Mini 3 – $469 – With the DJI Mini 3 drone, you will get HDR and vertical shooting options, but it’s almost double the price of the DJI Mini 4K.
- DJI Mini 4 Pro – $759 – At this price point, you are getting omnidirectional obstacle avoidance in your drone and advanced tracking, but as you can see, the price point is much higher compared to the DJI Mini 4K.
- Autel Evo Nano – A solid alternative, but at a very high price point.
DJI Mini 4K records 4K videos, has an ultra-lightweight design, is easy to use, and comes with the best budget-friendly features. Again, without a doubt — when comparing it to its competitors — it looks too good at its price point.
It’s a rare opportunity, the Mini 4K at $239 is available via Amazon Prime or through the Amazon Visa $60 instant discount. Once the Visa is approved, you will also get an additional $50 gift check in your email. Apart from all this, you should also monitor restocks, since if you are reading this article and it has already been sold out on Amazon.com, then consider monitoring restocks at Amazon.com and B&H Store.
DJI Mini 4K is an unbeatable deal for a kind of 4K drone with professional-level features and a very compact design. So this is a kind of limited-time offer that won’t last for long — act fast if you are interested in having a kind of 4K budget drone for yourself or someone else.

Finally, we have some good news. The DJI Avata 360 FPV drone has been officially registered in the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) as of November 19, 2025. What does it mean? That clearly means it has become eligible to officially arrive in the United States of America. Here at thenewcamera.com We have already added a lot of details on our website related to the DJI Avata 360 FPV that also includes the DJI Avata 360 release date, specifications, and now, finally, we also have the FCC approval details. Now, let’s explore more about the Avata 360.
What is the DJI Avata 360? A Game-Changer for FPV Enthusiasts
The DJI Avata series is always known for redefining the FPV experience, blending the cinematic motion with intuitive controls. Now, what does the new Avata 360 do? It takes the overall experience further by introducing a complete 360 panoramic capture while moving, so obviously, it will allow you to recompose the entire scene even after one shot with the drone. The crash-resistant form factor is again one of the best technologies we have in the DJI series, so you can fly it very freely and obviously can do professional aerial cinematography with a new level of experience.
As we can clearly see from the leaked images, it is not just an incremental update. It is a clear-cut, bold entry in the new 360 FPV drone world. Yes, we do already have the Insta Antigravity A1 series announcement, but to compete against it, we finally have the Avata 360 FPV. Now what more—the integration with the DJI Goggles 3 and RC Motion 3 remote controller will allow you to have a fly-like-a-bird experience, or better to say, a Superman-style experience.

FCC Certification Breakdown: Clearing the US Hurdles
FCC approval is non-negotiable for any wireless device sold in the US, ensuring compliance with radio frequency standards and safety regulations. The DJI Avata 360‘s filing under FCC ID SS3-DVN3NT (with IC: 11805A-DVN3NT for Canada) confirms it meets these benchmarks.
Key details from the certification label:
- Model: DVN3NT
- Battery Specs: 14.32V, 38.67Wh (Powered by CAN ICES-003(B)/NMB-003(B))
- Certifications: ASTM F3411-22a-RID-B for remote ID compliance, CMIIT ID: 2024446LE360, ANATEL (Brazil), and more
- Manufacturer: SZ DJI Technology Co., Ltd., Shenzhen, China
- Warnings: Standard FCC notes on interference, plus hazards like “Keep fingers and body parts away from moving parts.”
This green light is especially significant given the FCC’s recent 3-0 vote to enable retroactive bans on “national security risk” devices, which has DJI in its crosshairs. DJI has pushed back, arguing the measures are politically motivated, but this approval shows they’re not slowing down.

Leaked DJI Avata 360 Specs: What We Know So Far
Now it’s time to explore the core specifications of the DJI Avata 360 drone—what we know so far and what we are expecting to be present inside the drone. We expect it to carry the same 1/1.1-inch size sensor that we have already seen in the Osmo 360. Let’s dive into the details and explore the entire core specs of the drone that we know so far.
| Feature |
Details |
| Camera System |
Dual 1/1.1-inch CMOS sensors for 360° capture; 38MP stills |
| Video Resolution |
8K/50fps panoramic video; 4K/120fps standard; 10-bit D-Log M color |
| Photo Resolution |
120MP panoramic photos |
| Stabilization |
RockSteady 3.0+ with HorizonBalancing |
| Obstacle Avoidance |
Advanced LiDAR + visual sensors (front-facing array) |
| Flight Time |
Up to 25 minutes (based on battery specs) |
| Max Speed |
27 m/s (60 mph) in manual mode |
| Transmission |
O4 (OcuSync 4.0) up to 20km range |
| Weight |
~377g (under 250g? Leaks vary) |
| Price Estimate |
$999 Fly More Combo |

All these specifications position the Avata 360 to be one of the best 360 drones present in late 2025 or in 2026, since even in 2026 we already have one logical competitor of the Avata 360, which is the Antigravity A1. The Avata series is already known for its precise maneuvers and traditional FPV-style flying experience. So it will be highly interesting to see both competing against each other., Moreover, trusted leakers like Igor Bogdanov have all but confirmed the design, with promo shots showing a sleek, bullet-like body ready for holiday shelves.
US Market Implications: Launch Date and Ban Risks
The best part is that the Avata 360 has already received the FCC certification, but as we all know, December 23 is the date when we may have a major ban on DJI in the United States of America. And that’s why there is a latest buzz around that we may see an early announcement of the DJI Avata 360 in December 2025. Not only that, the Pocket 4 announcement is also expected in the same month.
Why the DJI Avata 360 Matters for Drone Lovers
The DJI Avata 360 isn’t just another drone; it’s a leap toward all-in-one aerial storytelling. With FCC approval secured, it’s primed to dominate searches for “best FPV drone 2026” and challenge competitors like Insta360’s Sphere. Stay tuned to TheNewCamera for official announcements—we’ll update this page as leaks turn to launches.

Finally, we have more information and leaks about the DJI Avata 360 drone. We covered a lot of information earlier about the Avata 360 drone. The Avata 360 is a DJI FPV (First-Person View) drone with 360 video recording capability. DJI Avata 360 drone is coming to compete against the Antigravity A1 drone, which will also become publicly available from January 2026, although it was announced back in August 2025.

We are tracking the Early leaks, updates, and prototypes to confirm rumours related to the DJI Avata 360 drone since June 2025. Today, trusted leaker Igor Bogdanov (@Quadro_News) has dropped some of the marketing material, product shots of the DJI Avata 360 drone,

One of the most important things here is the images we have seen, is part of the marketing material of the DJI Avata 360 drone. This indicates that the announcement is around the corner. These aren’t blurry TEST prototypes (obviously, we have spotted many earlier ); they’re polished, high-res images straight out of DJI’s playbook, complete with branding. If you’re new here then you can gain more information by reading our previous post: DJI Avata 360 Confirmed: What It Means for FPV Fans and DJI Avata 3 or 360? Early Leaks Compared.

The biggest difference between the two in terms of camera placement is that the Antigravity A1 uses twin fisheye lenses and which are fixed on the drone, but in the DJI 360 Drone, the camera is placed on a rotating gimbal.

The leaked DJI 360 Drone images are no coincidence; we were actually waiting for that after the Insta360 Antigravity event announcement back in July 2025, which is set for January 2026 release, so it is quite obvious that the DJI 360 Drone will arrive on or before January 2026.
