Canon EOS R5 Camera surfaced at RRA Korean Certification Agency. Based on the initial set of information coming from RRA the upcoming Canon EOS R5 camera will use 5GHz Wi-Fi module.

As we can clearly see even the Canon 1DX Mark III camera arrived with a 2.4 GHz WiFi Module. Canon EOS R5 is coming with 5GHz Wi-Fi module which we have seen in the Sony A9 II camera. Canon M50 Mark II More Confirmations...

Finally, we are getting more confirmation about the Canon EOS M50 Mark II camera. And not only Canon is also rumored to announce one more APS-C Mirrorless camera this year along with prime lenses.

Canon Planning for more Mirrorless cameras

It looks like Canon does have two different prototypes of Mid-range Mirrorless camera, one with 24MP III Gen sensor and one with 32.5MP 4th gen DPAF sensors.  It will be really interesting to see which one arrives as Canon EOS M50 Mark II camera. ‘Or, they want to populate the APS-C Mirrorlesss zone by releasing more than one model, as they did with the Canon APS-C DSLR.

TOKYO, April 6, 2020—The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to rapidly spread throughout Tokyo and other large urban areas. Amid this situation, our highest priorities are to protect the health of our employees and their families, neighboring families and businesses, as well as customers and business partners, and to help prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus. Therefore, Canon Inc. announces that the following offices will temporarily suspend operations from Tuesday, April 7 through Wednesday, May 6.

Confirmed: Canon EOS C300 Mark II Coming Soon

Finally confirmed by Japanese sources that Canon will be reading the Canon EOS C300 Mark III camera Soon. The EOS C300 camera already being listed in Canon’s latest product list.

Canon EOS C300 Mark III camera was announced on April 8, 2015. So, the camera is approx 4 years old and despite having a $9,000 price tag the camera remains limited to capture 4K video at 60 frames per second.

Canon EOS M6 Mark II Camera Can Now Shoot Videos at 24FPS

Now, let me clear up the confusion. Canon EOS M6 Mark II camera was capable to record 25FPS video and, not 24FPS. After getting user(s) requests and complaints related to the absence of 24FPS mode in the Full HD or 4K Video mode. Canon Finally decided to put the 24FPS option inside the camera.

1. Canon EOS M6 Mark II Camera Can Shoot 4K Videos at 24 FPS ?

Canon EOS M6 Mark II camera can now record exactly 24fps frame rates with the help of new firmware update. Earlier it was limited to 25FPS, now with the help of the latest firmware updates the camera is capable to shoot 24FPS in Full HD as well as 4K Video Mode.

2. Firmware Version 1.1.0 incorporates the following enhancement and fixes:

1. The option to capture movies in the frame rate of 23.98p has been added.
2. Fixes the phenomenon where the focus position of the lens returns to the home position if the camera powers off due to the “Auto Power Off” setting during Interval Timing shooting.
3. Fixes the phenomenon in which, in rare cases, the camera may not autofocus at the edges of the image area.

Firmware Version 1.1.0 is for cameras with firmware up to Version 1.0.1. If the camera’s firmware is already Version 1.1.0, it is not necessary to update the firmware.

When updating the firmware of the camera, please review the instructions thoroughly before you download the firmware.
