We told you earlier that Canon G2X / G1X II (Name is still not confirmed yet) Coming on 12th February (see here), the first image surfaced over the web and more to arrive as the announcement date is coming closer,
As from the image we can see a optional EVF is attached to the upcoming Canon G2X camera and optical viewfinder is finally removed, the body look slim as Canon G16 model.

Canon will announce several new products (compact & DSLRs) just one day before the CP+ show starts, according to latest rumors Canon G2X (name is still not confirmed yet.. it may be also called G1X Mark II) rumored to be announced on February 17th,
Canon G1X leaked specification published few days ago (see here)
– Same design as Canon G1X
– DIGIC 6 Image Processor
– 24 – 120mm F2.8 (wide angle) -5.8 (telephoto) lens
– 20.2 million pixels 1.5 “CMOS
– better optical viewfinder
– 3.0 “LCD, approximately 922,000-point capacitive touch screen
– GI function
Other rumor – Entry level DSLR below 100D / SL1 coming, the new DSLR is expected to announced at CP+ show. Few lenses announcement is also expected.

According to latest rumors Canon 7D Mark II will be announced on Q2 of 2014 and become available in stock from Q3 of 2014. The current prototypes will be also tested during Sochi Winter Olympics, set to begin on Feb. 7 .
Please also keep in mind that the name 7D mark II is given by rumors-mill’s, so final name is still not confirmed yet.

Almost confirmed that a entry level DSLR below 100D / SL1 coming, the new DSLR is expected to announced at CP+ next month in Tokyo.
Two more DSLRs coming in 2014 and one of them is Canon 7D mark II and next one is possibly Canon T6i / Canon 750D.

 According to latest rumors Canon may announce 750D or 100D or may be both at same day as they did in March 2013, Canon rebel series updated every year and there is a big chance that Canon will soon update its entry level series soon since Nikon already updated its entry level DSLRs with high-end core specification, (Nikon D5300 and D3300)
