Unfortunately no new product is announced, the Canon Seeimpossible Focus on People Using Canon Products, the Canon today announces a new 3D microsite which showcases how the Canon technologies around the globe helping people to change their lives. Canon will expand the site’s content to include submissions from consumers and clients.
Grey New York is responsible for the brand strategy, integrated creative, event, promotional and public relations work behind the campaign.
“We’re going to use it as a messaging vehicle, but we’re also going to use it internally to organize and marshal our resources in a way that’s much more customer-centric than just strictly approaching everything from a product viewpoint that we’ve done over the years,” said Michael Duffett, vp, general manager of marketing at Canon. “Our current Web properties do a great job of talking about the specific product, but nowhere do we have a really good place to say a particular company or a particular photographer are using our solutions.” via – adweek

 Canon is ready to announce a new product very soon, we don’t know its a camera or lens but looking at the website bold statements we are expecting something big.. maybe a multilayer fullframe sensor camera from canon.. but at this moment we don’t know anything but we will update you soon as we get new information…now almost 14 hrs left ..

Canon Multilayer Sensor rumors heat up again, many website suggest that Canon is working on Foveon like sensor and we may see some real products based on high resolution camera.
My thoughts…
As we already published few days ago that Canon have 3 multilayer sensor patent…
Until now we have seen the three multilayer sensor patent from Canon, the first patent is Just like Foveon sensor of Sigma, The 2nd Multilayer Sensor from Canon showing significant improvement in the design by adding a anti-reflection film in each layer, the third one in 5 layer sensor, the sensor features two additional layer (UV and IR), the UV and IR layer will remove skin spots to capture bright and clear skin tone.
So soon or later we will sure see a product based on Canon own multilayer sensor technology, we are not sure about it’s arrival time since Canon 7D successor development took almost 4 years ( still the specification of the camera bit inferior to recently announced Samsung NX1)… so Canon is slow, but they will announce a multilayer EOS camera in future.

According to the latest (and low credible) rumors surfaced over the the canonrumor website, Canon may announce a high resolution fullframe camera this year (2014), or it may be a just development announcement from Canon as Canon did with Canon 1DC camera and took almost 1 year to come out… whatever.. Canon generally takes more time than its competitors to roll out a actual product…
But again my biggest fear is Canon upcoming megapixel monster may use same Sony 36 MP FF sensor used in A7R and Nikon D810 camera…

Good news: According to latest rumors surfaced from northlight (NL), The Canon upcoming Canon Rebel T6i / 750D will feature EVF (Electronic Viewfinder) and Sensor same as of Canon 70D (20.2MP APS-C CMOS) and advance DIGIC 6 image processor.
The Rumor look bit true – Yes its is possible and Canon will use Canon 70D sensor and DIGIC 6 to upgrade the image quality and AF system of the Rebel Line, but I don’t see any logical reason to drop a optical viewfinder from DSLR, It is possible that Canon may use Hybrid Viewfinder… Stay with us for more updates.

According to latest rumors from trusted sources of canonrumor, Canon almost completed its 2014 announcement and no pro camera coming in 2014, so possibly Canon will announce Canon 1DX Mark II and 5D Mark IV in 2015-16 (next 12-18 months), Canon will sure add advance AF system and Fullframe Dual-pixel CMOS AF sensor in upcoming professional fullframe DSLRs, no more information is available but we will update you soon as we get any new information.
