Google announced new Smartphone pixel and pixel XL today and surprisingly on the same day DXO also published the test result of the same. DXOMark crowned Google pixel Smartphone as the best camera phone ever tested at DXOMark Lab. The Google pixel Smartphone camera quality is better than iPhone 7 and 7 Plus as well as Samsunt S7 edge. According to DXO Mark the pixel is not only best Camera phone but it’s one of the best samrtphone they have ever tested to capture video.
The High score of Google pixel smartphone is possible due to advance camera module of 12 MP resolution and large 1.55μm pixels and bright F2.0 Lens.
The pixel feature 5 inch screen and the Pixel XL feature 5.5 inch screen. rest of the core specification of both is almost same, that includes Android 7.1, Snapdragon 821 CPUs, 4GB Ram and a large 3450 mAh Battery. 32GB/128GB variants are available in both the models.
The built-in HDR function of the camera increases the dynamic while capturing multiple exposures and merging them into one single shot.
The HDR function not only increases the dynamic range but it also reduces the noise and increases color depth of the image.
The camera can shoot 4K videos @ 30 frames per second and Full HD video can be recorded at 120frames per second and HD videos can be recorded at mind whopping frame rate of 240frames per second.

 Sony A9 creative image created by our user Sony A6500 and Sony A9 Rumors – As the caption suggest we have two good news for you, but unfortunately they are coming from new sources so take them with a grain of salt.
We are not surprised to know that Sony already developed the Sony A6300 successor and it’s name is Sony A6500. The exact announcement date or the arrival date of the camera is not known yet. But, according to new sources of rumor mills Sony A6500 is coming with 5-axis image stabilization and may get announced on October 2016.
The next big news is one of the prototypes of the Sony A9 camera carry 70 Megapixel Full-frame sensor and can capture continuous burst of 20 frames per second. The camera is expected to arrive sometime in 2017. If it’s true then it will sure create a big-bang on camera industry.
BTW, the 70 megapixel A9 camera rumor is not new. We have also published the rumored specification of the Sony A9 camera few months ago and according to the tipster the camera is coming with 70-80 MP sensor, take a look at the rumored specification of the camera.

Both Canon and Nikon lenses are expected to arrive on late 2017. There is a slight possibility that Nikon may announce its lens at Photoplus show but nothing is confirmed yet.

 In an interview conduct by dpreview of Kazunobu Saiki, Senior Management and Group Leader, Marketing Section said “Ricoh GR is one of our most important premium cameras. We want to reassure our GR lovers that the series will continue.”
When interviewer asked Might that extend to GRs with other focal lengths? … ‘It depends,’ says Saiki: ‘we know we really appeal. We have so many GR lovers, it’s a very emotional attachment. That’s why we need to listen to customers about where we should go.’
Undoubtedly Ricoh GR is is one of the most affordable camera APS-C sensor based camera for professionals, but the Ricoh GR II update created big disappointment among the GR users since sensor, lens, image processor and almost everything remains same as of predecessor except WiFi. The GRII was announced back on Jun 17, 2015. From the interview It’s very clear that Ricoh now taken the GR series concept seriously after the high-demand large sensor compacts and they sure will bring a major update soon. We hope the next GR series camera will arrive on Q3 of 2017.

Baker, quite different from our usual perspective, this time from the Chain Lakes Trail in the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. This was taken yesterday as the clouds were moving in for the rain today. Mount Baker was well-known to indigenous people of the Pacific Northwest. Indigenous names for the mountain include Koma Kulshan or Kulshan (Lummi, qwú’mə, “white sentinel”. In 1792 While anchored in Dungeness Bay on the south shore of the Strait of Juan de Fuca, Captain George Vancouver named the mountain Mt. Baker after third lieutenant Joseph Baker made an observation of the mountain.
