Fujifilm issued firmware update of Fujifilm X-E1 and X-Pro1, the new firmware update will add the compatibility with “XF18-55mmF2.8-4 R” recently announced lens.
X-E1 Firmware Update Ver.1.01
The firmware update Ver.1.01 from Ver. 1.00 incorporates the following issue
- 1.Adding the compatibility with “XF18-55mmF2.8-4 R”.
*You will get the full performance with the new zoom lens “XF18-55mmF2.8-4 R”.
- 2.The phenomena below will be fixed.
(1)The auto focus accuracy with XF60mm Lens could not be enough.
(2)When using the M- Mount Adapter, under exposure could occur.

X-Pro1 Firmware Update Ver.2.01
The firmware update Ver.2.01 from Ver. 2.00 incorporates the following issue
- 1.Adding the compatibility with “XF18-55mmF2.8-4 R”.
*You will get the full performance with the new zoom lens “XF18-55mmF2.8-4 R”.
*Size of the bright frame displayed on OVF can be magnified in relation to zooming motion of XF18-55mm lens.
- 2.The phenomena below will be fixed.
(1)When using the focus checking function with “3-time” magnification in manual focus mode, you could find a few dots (black or color) only in live view image on EVF/LCD.
(Please be sure even with the firmware version 2.00, these unwanted dots are not recorded in the image data.)
(2)The auto focus accuracy with XF60mm Lens could not be enough.
(3)When using the M- Mount Adapter, under exposure could occur.

Cameralabs just published many High ISO sample Images of Canon EOS M, the EOS M have same sensor of Canon 650D DSLR, the image is highly usable up to ISO 1600, noticable amount of noise starts from ISO 3200.
shot settings: JPEG highest quality, 22mm F2 STM kit lens, F8.

ephotozine done a High ISO comparison test between Olympus E-M5 and Panasonic GH3, Both camera was using Panasonic Leica DG Macro-Elmarit 45mm f/2.8 ASPH OIS Lens and ISO at 1600 and other settings set to Auto (AE & AWB), The Olympus E-M5 JPEG output streight from camera is more clear and sharper compared to Panasonic GH3.

Pentax Q10 images surfaced over the web today, the Pentax Q10 is coming to replace Pentax Q (available at Amazon), specification is not out yet but the expected announcement date is mid-October 2012, available in silver, black and red color.

Fujifilm X-E1 specification leaked today, the X-E1 features same sensor as X-Pro 1 and comes with improves AF speed, see the details below
