The most interesting thing related to Sony A7 R III (Amazon B&H) camera is its dynamic range increases over 1 stop when the camera captures images in pixels shift mode.
In the graph (created by Photons to photos) you can clearly see that the dynamic range of the camera increases over 1 Stop. Which is really a surprise gift for A7R III Landscape shooters.
So, if we put one more stop of dynamic range at A7R III test scores then Nikon D850 fails miserably. If I have to choose between these two camera I will sure pic the A7R III, since this mighty camera features better low-light ISO score and do provide us a option to increase the dynamic range of the camera to 1-stop when it requires. A excellent tool for Landscape shooters.

DXO mark just published the Sony A7 R III test results and surprisingly the score of Sony 7R III camera is exactly same of Nikon D850. All test scores of the camera exactly same but due to the mirrorless properties Sony A7R III, the A7R 3 camera is able to perform better during low light environment and hence the score of Sony A7 R3 in low light ISO score is better.

Comparing the A7R III sensor to the Nikon D850’s reveals the advantage that the Nikon camera’s lower minimum sensitivity (ISO) value brings. Photographers who predominantly shoot in bright light or capture motionless subjects with the camera on a tripod will record the most information, be it color, tone, or detail with the Nikon D850 set to ISO32. However, if they require values above that, the Sony A7R III sensor produces marginally better images.

We re comparing the image of Sony A7R III (Amazon and B&H) camera with Fuji GFX 50S, Hassy X1D and Nikon D850 (via dpreview). You can notice that we have selected the pixel shift option with A7R III camera. no such option available for the other three.
Visible Moire Pattern GFX50S, X1D and D850
Yes, unfortunately the moire pattern is visible inside the all the three camera, but surprisingly Sony A7R III is showing vast amount of details without any visible noise pattern. So if you are a architecture, landscape shooter, commercial photographer Sony A7R III camera is best for you.
And even if you shoot sports shooter then the A7R III is 3FPS faster then Nikon D850 (10 vs 7FPS).

Take a look at the high ISO test between Sony A7R III (Amazon and B&H) and Sony 7R II. Despite of using same sensor and image processor of Sony A7 R3 Is performing bit better compared to its competitor.
Even at MAX ISO 102400, In the image above you can see the A7R III (right) is controlling the color noise more effectively compared to the Sony A7R II camera (left).
