As you have seen Olympus skipped the scheduled announcement date of Olympus E-M5 Mark II camera which was Jan / Feb 2018. Scheduled time of Olympus next entry level Mirrorless camera Olympus E-M10 Mark IV, which was expected to be Aug of 2019, but it will be shifted to Aug of 2020. Since the E-M5 series update is delayed for 1 year. And E-M1 Mark II announcement is expected on Sep of 2019.

According to latest press release coming from Olympus Japan, Olympus is shutting down their camera manufacturing plant in china and all the Digital Camera related manufacturing and process will done on Vietnam.
