Well Japanese magazines are in news again by tossing up Nikon DF2, Nikon D770 and Nikon 2 Vx1 camera name. According to the magazine the DF2 camera will have a 24MP sensor and Nikon D750 successor name will be Nikon D770 and not Nikon D760 as we are expecting…
Key points from the page of Japanese magazine
- No D400 but two D750 based models to arrive
- the D750 successor (D770?) will have a fixed LCD screen and 1/8000 shutter speed.
- Nikon 2 VX1″, a mirrorless camera with APS-C sized sensor
Well the source is also expecting a APS-C based mirrorless camera from Nikon that will arrive under Nikon 2 series with VX1 name. But above all the Japanese magzine information is not always correct and the magazine page we are discussing here is over a year old since its middle column says, “First, a D5. It should definitely arrive since it’s already in development.” You know that On Nov 18, 2015 Nikon informed us about the Nikon D5 development announcement and after few months of gap on Jan 6, 2016 the D5 was announced.

Sony is finally preparing to announce new affordable portrait lens for its A7 series camera. According to latest rumors surfaced over the web Sony 85mm F1.8 lens is expected to arrive in 2017 with an affordable price tag. The other lens expected to arrive in 2017 is 16-35 mm F2.8 made for Sony FE Mount cameras.
Tamron does offer SP 85mm f/1.8 Di USD Lens for FE Mount users. The lens is available at B&H Store for A7 Series camera.

Red epic Dragon and Helium become the first camera to cross 100 marks barrier in DXO mark lab test score. Till now the Sony A7R II camera was the undisputed winner of the DXO mark lab. But is it logical to test a $59K camera with $3K camera ? We don’t think so…

Finally Fuji X-T20 is coming along with X100F and Fuji Medium Format Mirrorless camera GFX 50S. According to the recent leaks the camera doesn’t have Joystick or 4K as we have seen in the X-T2 camera. So, buy cutting these features Fuji will secure the TOP position for X-T2 camera in the X-Series line-up.

 Sony A77 III Creative Image Well this is a just update to a previous rumor we have received in the past to let you know that Sony A77 III is coming in 2017 for sure. The Stock pile of Sony A77 II camera at B&H store isn’t dried up for now but that doesn’t mean the Sony A77 III isn’t coming in 2017. According to the information provided by a tipster On December 11 2016 we have published article that A77 III will feature feature built-in image stabilization and 4K video. You must also know that the Sony A77 III announcement was expected in 2016 but it was delayed due to the earthquake in Japan. So we may expect is announcement sometime in 2017.

New digital camera registered by Olympus in Taiwan and its Code name is IM005. The registration date was of January 9 2017 and we my see a new camera announcement from Olympus in Q4 of this year.
Now if we look at the battery specification that is LI-92B, battery used inside compacts. Possibly Olympus is working on successor of the successor of Olympus stylus 1, TG-4 or may be SH3.
