Nikon D4 is finally out, next-generation flagship Nikon digital-SLR camera features 16.2-million pixels FX-format CMOS image sensor and EXPEED 3 image-processing engine, image sensor supporting an incredible range of sensitivities from ISO 50 to ISO 204800, The 51 focus point AF system has been improved with faster initiation of autofocusing and the ability to detect and focus on subjects with less lighting. All of this means more precise autofocusing when super-telephoto NIKKOR lenses are used with teleconverters (2.0x).
A dedicated movie-record button has been positioned near the shutter-release button for smooth starting and stopping of movie recording with a feel similar to that of still-image shooting. Full-HD movie recording at a frame size of 1920 x 1080 and frame rate of 30 fps is supported, and the H.264/MPEG-4 AVC video compression method has been adopted. Movies up to 29 minutes 59 seconds can be recorded. Image sensor sensitivity begins at ISO 200 and can be expanded to the same ISO 204800 equivalent possible with still-image shooting.

According to 43Rumors, a dpreview reader said “USA Panasonic Customer Service is now confirming that the GH3 will be here within weeks”., We can expect the announcment on Jan 10 at CES show in Las Vegas.
At Sep 28 2011, Panasonic has confirmed to TechRadar that there will not be an upgrade to the GH2 by the end of the year, later Mr Uematsu said that Photokina 2012 would be very important for Panasonic.
I believe will coincide with Photokina like the GH2 did in 2010, The GH3 is expected to feature better sensor, 1080/60p and a much better screen and EVF.

Magic Lantern is a custom firmware add-on for Canon dSLR cameras. It is not a hack, or a modified firmware, but it runs alongside Canon’s own firmware, booting from the card every time you turn the camera on. According to canon rumors [CR2] the expected arrival date of canon 650D / T4i is before CP+ show in feb 2012, The upcoming rebel will have a new 24mp APS-C sensor and DIGIC 5 processor, The DIGIC 5+ won’t be used. Users can see some standard upgrade on ISO performance, HD Video quality and other creative controls.
But the news is still not confirmed, canon may keep its new 24 megapixel CMOS sensor for canon 70D or 8D and 650D / T4i may come with old image sensor(18 megapixel) and new DIGIC 5 image processor.
