According to the latest set of rumor we have Canon is working on a 32.5MP sensor. The new sensor will be used in Pro Series APS-C Mirrorless and DSLR camera. We already know that Canon CMOS sensors DR (Dynamic range) range isn’t that good as of others. So, its better if they adopt BSI tech with high resolution sensor.
We will update you soon as we get any new information.

Nowadays without a BSI sensor (backlit technology), like those of the competition, it is not going anywhere!
A día de hoy sin un sensor BSI (tecnología retroiluminada), como los de la competencia, no se Va a ningún lado!.
32Mpx in APS ? Why ?? If it’s true it’s another reason for me to leave Canon … I hoped megapixel race is over …
Maybe we could cross our fingers and hope that Sony finally sells a BSI sensor for APS-C to everyone before jacking up resolution 50% higher than the format is good for?
But then what? A faster, cleaner sensor on APS-C than the “serious photographer’s format,” AKA: full frame can achieve? That’d be a bit embarrassing, so I don’t se that happening. Might as well round it off to 50MP for the next APS-C carnival ride and keep the same processor. No sense in ruining the full frame mythos now that even soccer mom’s have been recruited to shoot with aged lobotomized FF Canon Rebels.
Yes, it looks we are in APS crisis due to FF bussiness …
