Canon Expo is being held on China and DCfever got the opportunity to visit the show. During Canon Expo 2016 Canon is again displaying the Canon 120MP DSLR camera. The Canon Megapixel monster was first showed to public on September 2015, you can look at the post here. The body of the full frame DSLR looks similar to the current Canon 5DS DSLR, but the most interesting fact is camera was working and was live on the current Canon Expo show.
The camera was placed over a table pointed downwards towards the glass box that was filled with variety of objects, the output of the camera can viewed on giant display hanging on the wall. As you can see in the image the camera is showing amazing amount of details even when viewed at 100%.
Each 120MP files weights 214.1 MB and shows .CR2 extension. The if you capture 4 images with the camera your 1GB memory space will get killed. So if you are planning to get this camera you have to upscale your memory cards and hard-drives.
DCFever also reports that Canon was showing off 24-70mm f/2.8 II, 11-24 f/4, and 300mm f/2.8. We do believe one of the lenses or more will arrive at Photokina 2016.
