Both are good cameras. But once again one is buying a still camera and video camera combined. Its about time Canon started to cater for still photographers and make a model with no or minimal video capability. I certainly will not be upgrading my cameras as I do not wish to pay for a major feature I do not want. If this keeps up I will saving myself a lot of money from now on.
